Glorious Great Vajrabhairava, with a body of bluish-black color, nine faces, thirty-four arms, and sixteen legs. The main face is black, with the face of a Matrika, extremely wrathful, emitting a great sound of "Phem (藏文:ཕེཾ་,梵文天城体:फें,梵文罗马拟音:pheṃ,汉语字面意思:Phem)", roaring like a dragon. Above it is a red Rakshasa face, grinning and baring its teeth, with blood dripping from the corners of its mouth. Above that is the face of Manjushri, yellow, smiling and slightly wrathful, adorned with youthful ornaments. The first face on the right side of the horns is blue, the second is red, and the third is yellow; these three faces of the powerful ones are extremely wrathful. The first face on the left side of the horns is white, the second is smoke-colored, and the third is black; all three faces are baring their teeth. All the wrathful faces have eyebrows, beards, and hair that are reddish-yellow and stand erect. The sixteen right hands hold in order: a curved knife, an arrow-spear, a wooden pestle, and so on, a water knife, a one-pointed vajra, a javelin, a spear, an arrow, an iron hook, a staff, a khatvanga, a wheel, a five-pointed vajra, a vajra hammer, a sword, and a small drum. The sixteen left hands hold in order: a skull cup filled with blood, the head of Brahma, a shield, and so on, a foot, a vajra lasso, a bowstring, a vajra bell, a hand, a shroud, a man impaled on a bright stake, a hearth, a skull bowl, a threatening gesture, a three-pointed pennant, and a wind banner. The last two hands hold aloft a fresh, bloody elephant hide as clothing. The first two hands hold the emblems above and below the heart, making a threatening gesture towards the gods of the world and beyond. Of the sixteen legs, the eight on the right are bent, trampling in order on a human, a buffalo, a bull, a donkey, a camel, a dog, a sheep, and a fox. The eight on the left are extended, trampling in order on a vulture, an owl, a hawk, a crow, a parrot, a garuda, a partridge, and a crane. Beneath them, yellow Brahma, white Indra, blue Upendra, and black Narayana are overthrown and pressed face down. Each head is adorned with five dry skulls, and a necklace of fifty fresh, bloody human heads, as well as six bone ornaments and snake ornaments, and a great heap of ashes.

The 'Kta'i thig le'. Adorned with patterns of butter, beautiful, brave, and unpleasant, fierce, violent, and terrifying. Compassionate, majestic, and peaceful, possessing the taste of nine dances. In its lap, the consort Vajravarahi, with a red body, the right hand holding a vajra and raising a threatening mudra, the left holding a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the father in a loving manner. Three eyes fierce, blazing with glory like the fire of the end of time, naked with yellow hair coiled upwards. Adorned with five seals and a garland of freshly severed heads as a crown and necklace. Embracing the father with the right leg extended. Complete with the attire of a wrathful goddess, light pervading the ends of the sky, in the center of the burning fire of wisdom, the father and mother abide in a state of union. To the east is the white Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of ignorance, with three faces of white, black, and red, the first two of six hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the consort of his own light. The remaining two right hands hold a wheel and a sword, the two left hands hold a jewel and a lotus. To the south is the yellow Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of miserliness, with three faces of yellow, black, and white, the first two of six hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the consort of his own light. The remaining two right hands hold a jewel and a sword, the two left hands hold a wheel and a lotus. To the west is the red Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of desire, with three faces of red, black, and white, the first two of six hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the consort of his own light. The remaining two right hands hold a lotus and a sword, the two left hands hold a jewel and a wheel. To the north is the green Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of jealousy, with three faces of green, black, and white, the first two of six hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the consort of his own light. The remaining two right hands hold a sword and a wheel, the two left hands hold a jewel and a lotus. To the southeast is the white Tsa-tsi-ka, like the Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of ignorance. To the southwest is the yellow pig-faced mother, with a pig face looking upwards on the top of her head, like the Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of miserliness. To the northwest is the red Saraswati, like the Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of desire. To the northeast is the green Gauri, like the Yamaraja, Lord of Death, of jealousy. Thus, the four goddesses embrace the means of their own manifestation. At the east gate is the black Yamaraja, Lord of Death, holding a noose, with three faces of black, white, and red.
