Afterwards, think, "I should remember this." Like before, after remembering about ten times, settle into non-conceptualization. By doing this repeatedly, non-conceptualization will be enhanced. Second, to enhance clarity, go to a high place like the roof of a house on a mountain peak, and focus the mind on various appearances of the environment. For example, focus the mind slightly on the top of a mountain, then focus the mind briefly on the waist of the mountain, then focus the mind briefly on a meadow at the foot of the mountain, and so on. By focusing the mind briefly on various objects, clarity will be gained in the mind. Third, to enhance bliss, visualize a white HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the crown of your head, and visualize a red HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the secret place. Then, the HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the crown of the head descends, and the HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the secret place rises upwards. Visualize the two colliding and mixing at the level of the heart. By believing that the white and red HŪṂs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) are merging into one, visualize that the entire body and mind are pervaded by bliss. By doing this repeatedly, bliss will be enhanced. The third is the instruction on Tummo, which has two parts: preliminaries and the main practice. The first part includes three aspects: Guru Yoga, training the channels, and blessing the channels. First, in the space in front, visualize the root guru in the form of a yidam, or in the form of Vajradhara. At the center of the visualization is Vajravarahi, holding a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup in her left hand, with a khatvanga in her armpit. Her right leg is extended, stepping on Time Mother, and her left leg is bent, stepping on the Destroyer. Visualize this clearly, and then generate strong devotion and supplication. Finally, the guru dissolves into light, and Vajravarahi also enters from the eyebrow or the crown of the head, and visualize that she dissolves into the Tummo at your navel. Second, it includes training the channels with wind, training the channels with channels, and training the channels with bindus. First, gently hold the breath, and with the mind focused, when holding the breath, visualize that the empty body is filled with breath, and the body becomes thicker and thicker, until it becomes very thick. When exhaling, visualize that the body becomes empty and hollow, and the body becomes thinner. Second, visualize the central channel in the center of your body.

When controlling the breath, the central channel becomes thicker. Therefore, contemplate that the body also gradually becomes thicker. When the breath is exhaled, contemplate that the central channel also becomes subtle, and the body also becomes subtle. The third is, in the navel or heart area within one's own central channel, visualize the nature of Tummo as A-shad (ཨ་ཤད་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,Literal meaning: A) or a red Ang (ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,Literal meaning: Ang). When the breath remains inside, countless red rays of light emanate from Ang or A-shad. Contemplate that the central channel in that area expands and becomes larger, and the body also becomes thicker. When the breath is exhaled, contemplate that the rays of light dissolve into Tummo, and both the central channel and the body become subtle. The third is blessing the channels, visualize the three channels in the center of your body appearing as they usually do. Contemplate that the upper ends of all three channels are cut evenly and inserted into the Brahmarandhra (aperture at the crown of the head). In your own Brahmarandhra, visualize the root guru, the Yidam in union, or Vajradhara in union with his consort. Generate strong devotion and make fervent prayers to them. From the union of the mother, a stream of red Bodhicitta flows, entering through the Roma channel. Contemplate that the Roma channel is filled with red Bodhicitta. From the union of the father, a stream of white Bodhicitta flows, entering through the Kyangma channel. Contemplate that it is filled with it. Again, from the union of the two, a stream of mixed white and red Bodhicitta flows, entering through the central channel. Contemplate that the central channel is filled with it. Finally, contemplate that the guru also dissolves into light and merges into the three channels. Second, the main practice includes training in breath, training in Tummo fire visualization, training in Bindu yoga, and training in Vajra recitation. The first has four aspects: The one who removes dust eliminates waste air. Inhale the air, and when the inhalation is complete, exhale slowly. Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose, and when the exhalation is complete, contemplate that the body is empty and clear. The second is the full one, exhale the breath from Sang (སངས་), and when inhaling, inhale slowly. When the inhalation is complete, press the breath slightly into the abdomen. The third is the vase breath, inhale the breath quickly, draw up the lower breath, and hold the two breaths together in the abdomen, the breath in the mouth
