The Instruction Manual of Six Transmissions: Oral Instructions of Indian Accomplishers. The Instruction Manual of Six Transmissions: Oral Instructions of Indian Accomplishers. The Instruction Manual of Six Transmissions: Oral Instructions of Indian Accomplishers is present. Oṃ Svasti. Om, may there be well-being!). Vajradhara, the master of all mandalas, To the countless manifestations of the wondrous four joys, The expert in uniting the essence of innate nature, I prostrate first to the supreme Vajra Master. In this age of five hundred, the body of union Vajra, Through the power of manifesting from the profound path, The one who clarified the tradition of the great secret teachings, The accomplished hero, Dechen Dorje Gyal. All the rivers of the six transmissions, From the confluence of your mind's great bliss space, As the basis for the nourishment of all fortunate ones, Bestowing the feast of unprecedented new Dharma. The profound meaning of all the tantras, The path traversed by hundreds of thousands of accomplished ones, Arising from the oral instructions of the Guru, May it be propagated through the path of letters. Furthermore, here, the great accomplished master, Zhiwa Gupa, has compiled the instructions of the six transmissions into one method of guidance, which includes: First, the generation stage; second, Mahamudra; third, Tummo yoga; fourth, clear light; fifth, action seal; and sixth, miscellaneous instructions. First, the guidance on the generation stage is divided into two parts: preliminaries and main practice. First, the preliminary is to visualize the root guru embracing a consort with the signs on a precious throne in the space in front of oneself, and to generate intense devotion. Pray to the glorious and precious guru to bless my mind-stream so that the correct samadhi of the generation stage may arise in my mind-stream. Pray intensely in this way. The second part is divided into the preliminary recitation and the main practice of mind-holding. First, there are three types of recitation: small, medium, and large. The first is to visualize the deity indicated by one's flower arrow, if there is one. If there is no such indication, then visualize the main deity of one's chosen yidam for a moment, and complete the numerical recitation, which is the small recitation. The second is to establish the body mandala in the body that is clearly visualized as the main deity. For those who have a body mandala, such as Chakrasamvara, it should be done as described in their respective texts.

Practice. If not, the general practice of the body mandala is: In the six places such as the crown of the head, arrange the six families of consorts, etc. The eye is Ksitigarbha (ས་སྙིང༌།, Prithvi garbha, Earth Store), the ear is Vajrapani (ཕྱག་རྡོར།, Vajrapāṇi, Vajra Hand), the nose is Akasagarbha (ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་པོ།, Ākāśagarbha, Space Store), the tongue is Avalokiteshvara (འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག, Lokeśvara, World自在), the body is Nivaranaviskambhin (སྒྲིབ་སེལ།, Nivāraṇaviskambhin, Remover of Obstacles), the mind is Manjushri (འཇམ་དཔལ།, Mañjuśrī, Gentle Glory), the speech is Samantabhadra (ཀུན་བཟང༌།, Samantabhadra, All Good), and the pulse is Maitreya (བྱམས་པ་, Maitreya, Loving One). These and the six such as the Vajra Mother of Form. In the ten major joints, arrange the ten wrathful deities, male and female, and perform the numerical recitation. This is the intermediate recitation. Third, contemplate the entire wheel of the mandala and perform the complete numerical recitation. This is the great recitation. The necessity of these three recitations, small, medium, and large, is to prevent obstacles to the path of meditation like a mountain, and to bless the continuum, but not to accomplish the clear appearance. Second, in mind-holding, the yoga of discrimination and mindfulness are one. First, there is training in deity appearance, training in pride, and expanding these two with emptiness. First, there are two types: session and session break. The first is to initially hold the mind on the body of the main deity. Place a beautiful painted image in front of you and look at it repeatedly. Contemplate yourself as the main deity. During the session break, do not do anything else, do not do any other actions, but only contemplate the appearance of the deity's body. Practice in this way from the son's path until you have not obtained the clear appearance. When you have obtained the clear appearance, contemplate the entire wheel of the mandala and obtain the clear appearance. If you have also obtained the clear appearance, then contemplate any external object as the deity's body and thereby obtain the clear appearance. Then, contemplate all the outer world as a palace and all sentient beings as the deity's body. Second, during the session break, a second main deity appears from the heart of the main deity of the mandala, exits from any door such as the east door, and enters into activity. At that time, you should also contemplate the place where you are as an immeasurable palace and regard your companions as deities. Second, in training in pride, abandon the pride of thinking that you are a human being and generate the pride of being a deity who has abandoned all faults and perfected all qualities, such as being Chakrasamvara. This is the first object of focus. Then,
