Now begins. Visualize your body entering a hollow tube and disappearing into the distant underground. Inhale through both nostrils. If sitting, make small defecation movements; if standing, vigorously shake your legs alternately. The practice of completely dissolving the body is: First, visualize a small lake filled with ghee or warm water in front of you. Then visualize it becoming larger and larger, and your body gradually sinking into it. When everything below the crown of your head is submerged and immersed in it, visualize your body completely dissolving and merging with it. This eliminates the obstacle of the mind being restless and thoughts running wild. The method of enhancing meditation is: If you are practicing non-conceptual, non-discriminating meditation in samadhi, then during the breaks between sessions, such as walking, sitting, lying down, etc., also place an object of mindfulness, whatever kind of object it may be. By repeatedly seeing it, stimulate and repeatedly remember non-conceptuality, and by practicing in this way, you can also enhance meditation. Or, if you are practicing tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།) and other conceptual yogas in samadhi, then during the breaks between sessions, for example, when eating, visualize the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: om) of tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།) in the center of the food. Or, when speaking, visualize the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: om) of tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།) in your mouth, etc. By practicing in this way, you can also enhance meditation. In addition, visualize your chosen deity or guru residing in the distant sky, and climb up like a tree. When you reach the same height as the guru deity, slightly let go of the thought that "all of this is just a manifestation of my own mind, and there is nothing real about it," and then determine that yourself, the guru deity, and all appearances are emptiness, and rest slightly in a non-intentional manner. Then get up again, visualize the guru deity residing in the sky even higher than before, and climb up like the rays of the sun and moon or a tree. When you reach the same height as the guru deity, rest in emptiness as before, etc. By doing this endlessly, you can enhance all meditations, and your qualities will increase. Here it is said: Brahma and other arrogant ones

Then, the light offered by the gods encircles all directions. The signs of the complete fulfillment of compassion remain undiminished. The friend of the immeasurable ocean of sentient beings, the one who bestows the nectar of benefit and happiness. The glorious Great Bliss Vajra Moon rises on the shoulder of the eastern mountains of the Noble Land. Through him, hundreds of millions have attained the supreme siddhi. How numerous are the excellent paths of wondrous benefit and happiness! Gathered into one, they create the supreme feast of the two stages of yoga of the Vajra Vehicle. This lord of the lineage is Vajradhara. He appears as a holy spiritual friend with the name Kunga (All Joyful). That supreme guide, in this land of snow mountains, pours forth the unprecedented nectar of new excellent teachings. Of the eighty-four thousand dharmas, More essential than the essence itself. By whatever merit is gained from writing this, May I attain the coemergent Vajra Body! This, just as it came from the words of Jetsun Vajradhara Kunga Nyingpo, the embodiment of the assembly of all Buddhas, was written down by the Shakya monk Yeshe Gyatso. Mangalam! The lineage of this is: Zurmingpa Tsewang Kunkhyab, Mönjang Dorje Thar, Lama Drime, Lhatse Gyaltsen, Ngawang Samten. Up to Zurming, it is necessary to understand from his listening records. Although I have never seen or understood the instruction manual with the six empowerments, I ask if it is the same for the ten great points, such as the time of the wrathful ten deities, the secret assembly body mandala, and the preliminary practices of the six realms Kalachakra. This is the word of Ngawang Tsoknyi Gyatso. Revised Mangalam! The instruction manual of the six-fold empowerment, the oral instructions of the accomplished ones of the Noble Land.
