After those have been gradually taught and become accustomed to it, first, for minor conditions such as heat and cold, by the sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,梵文:हूँ,Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ), they are transported into the realm of non-conceptualization. Then, all arising gates such as attachment, hatred, pleasure, pain, fear, and terror, are severed into the realm by the sound of Hūṃ. Meditating in one's own home, and then going to charnel grounds, assemblies, and places of ghosts and demons, pretending to be mad. There, all good and bad conditions such as the magic of ghosts and demons, and the praise and blame of people, are transported into the realm of non-conceptualization by the sound of Hūṃ. Secondly, in the tradition of Virupa, there is also the practice for beginners, mixing with conditions in one's own home, and finally wandering in charnel grounds and other places. As before, there are three parts. In the first part, there are two: meditating on compassion and meditating on emptiness. The first is: all sentient beings are kind parents. The harm caused to me by these beings is also because we do not recognize each other due to the transmigration of birth and death. Thinking in this way, one intensely meditates on compassion. This is the first session. Then, just as I desire happiness, all minds also desire happiness. Just as I do not desire suffering, all sentient beings do not desire suffering. Thus, may all sentient beings, as vast as the sky, be endowed with happiness and the cause of happiness! May they be separated from suffering and the cause of suffering! Meditating in this way is the second session. Then, sentient beings are disturbed in their minds by afflictions and accumulate karma. Because of this, they wander in samsara and experience suffering. How pitiful! Meditating in this way is the third session. Then, in the ultimate sense, sentient beings are not truly established, and the suffering they experience is not truly established. Their nature is emptiness, but although it is so, they do not realize it and experience suffering. How pitiful these sentient beings are! Meditating in this way is the fourth session. The second is: all appearances are one's own mind. There is nothing whatsoever established apart from the mind. Meditating in this way is the first session. Then, the essence of the mind is also not established. It is free from all grasping and abides in the state of emptiness. Then, from the state of emptiness, all appearances arise as the bodies of deities.
