O! To abide without conceptualization is to tame the winds and send them into great wisdom. Sixth, in the miscellaneous instructions, the first is the instruction for meditating on the Yidam: Examine which family the Yidam you are meditating on belongs to. If it is the Vajra family, then at the heart; if it is the Ratna family, then at the navel; if it is the Karma family, then at the secret place; if it is the Padma family, then at the throat; if it is the Vairochana family, then meditate on the crown chakra. Also, in the center of the lotus palace of the channels and chakras of your own body, meditate on the Yidam deity. If the visualization is clear, then also meditate on the seed syllable and mantra garland in its heart. Focus on these, and recite the mantra knowing that appearance and emptiness are like illusions. At the end of the session, mentally create countless offerings and offer them, and pray. Also, when eating food during the session break, think of it as offering to the Yidam. This way of meditating on the deity is a yoga that is very compatible with the completion stage, because it is practiced in the channels and chakras of one's own body. In the instructions for meditating on the Lama, there are outer practice and inner practice. The first has outer, inner, and secret. The first is: Meditate on the Lama in front of you. Think that in his heart is the wisdom inseparable from his mind, the Blessed One Shakyamuni Buddha, surrounded by countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. After prostrating, making offerings, and praying, recite the Lama's name three times, for example: Om Ah Rinchen Dorje Hum Hum. The second is: Meditate on the Lama in front of you, and think that in his heart is the wisdom inseparable from his mind, Vajradhara, adorned with silk and jewels, in the form of a Chakravartin, surrounded by countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the form of a Chakravartin. From prostration to recitation, as before. The third is: In the Lama's heart, think that the wisdom inseparable from his mind dwells in the form of glorious Heruka, surrounded by countless heroes and dakinis, and perform prostrations etc. as before. The second is the inner practice: Meditate on the Lama in front of you, and with devotion and longing, pray. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into you, the lotus palace of your own crown chakra.

In the center, visualize the Lama Vairochana, with a white body, holding a wheel in his right hand and a bell with a handle in his left, in union with the consort White Tara. In the throat, visualize the Lama Amitabha, with a red body, holding a lotus in his right hand and a bell with a handle in his left, in union with the consort White-robed Mother. In the heart, visualize the Lama Akshobhya, with a blue body, holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell with a handle in his left, embraced by the consort Vajradhatvishvari. In the navel, visualize the Lama Ratnasambhava, with a yellow body, holding a jewel in his right hand and a bell with a handle in his left, in union with the consort Ratna Tara. In the secret place, visualize the Lama Amoghasiddhi, with a green body, holding a sword in his right hand and a bell with a handle in his left, in union with the consort Samaya Tara. Meditate on the five Father-Mother Buddhas in the five places. Recite the names of the Lamas and the five seed syllables of the five families, each tripled, i.e., Om(oṃ,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,meaning: Om), Ah(āḥ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,meaning: Ah), Ratna(ratna,梵文天城体:रत्न,梵文罗马拟音:ratna, meaning: Jewel), Vajra(vajra,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra, meaning: Vajra), Bhrum(bhrūṃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,meaning: Seed syllable), Hum(hūṃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: Hum). Similarly, recite with additions, such as Jrim Hum(jriṃ hūṃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:jriṃ hūṃ,meaning: Jrim Hum), Hum Hum(hūṃ hūṃ,梵文天城体:हुं हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ hūṃ,meaning: Hum Hum), Am Hum(aṃ hūṃ,梵文天城体:अं हुं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ hūṃ,meaning: Am Hum), Kham(khaṃ,梵文天城体:खं,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ,meaning: Space), and Kham Hum(khaṃ hūṃ,梵文天城体:खं हुं,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ hūṃ,meaning: Space Hum). In the instructions for removing obstacles, there are two traditions: the Goraksha tradition and the Virupa tradition. The first is: First, focus your awareness on your body, speech, and mind, and think that all that appears is like an illusion, a delusion that exists without being real. Then, carefully observe and search for the nature of your body, speech, and mind. In awareness, you will find nothing, and in that state free from all grasping, rest naturally. This is the first round of meditation. Once you are somewhat accustomed to this, then contemplate your dwelling, possessions, retinue, and so on, thinking that all of this appears without being real, like an illusion. Carefully observe their nature, and rest in a state free from grasping. This is the second round of meditation. Then, meditate on enemies as before, which is the third round of meditation. Meditate on loved ones, which is the fourth round of meditation. Then, meditate on the objects near you that you see and hear, which is the fifth round of meditation. Finally, meditate on all appearances, which is the sixth round of meditation.
