One with. Establish four blue bindus on the petals, and clearly set forth an A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) in the center. Then, holding the vase breath, radiate white light from the three lotuses with letters. All containers and contents transform into the form of white light. These all gather back, enter through the pores of one's skin, and dissolve into the outer white lotus with letters. Focus the mind on those things that flicker and shimmer like light. By meditating in this way for a long time, during the day, before going to sleep, and at times when the clear light of sleep is seized, a white appearance will arise, and when that becomes stable, hold the vase breath and contemplate the white lotus with letters dissolving into the reddish-yellow petals with letters. Radiate red light from the wide blue-red petals with letters. All containers and contents transform into the form of red light. These all gather back, enter through the pores of one's skin, and dissolve into the red petals with letters. Focus the mind on those things that flicker and shimmer like light, and hold the vase breath. By meditating in this way for a long time, during the day, before going to sleep, and at times when the clear light of sleep is seized, a red appearance will arise, and when that becomes stable, contemplate the red petals with letters dissolving into the inner petals, and hold the vase breath. Again, from the blue petals with the A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) in the center, radiate immeasurable collections of blue light. All containers and contents transform into the form of blue light. These all gather back and dissolve into the blue petals with bindus in the inner circle. Focus the mind on that which flickers and shimmers like light, and hold the vase breath. By becoming accustomed in this way, during the day, before going to sleep, and at times of the clear light of sleep, a dark experience will arise, and when that which appears becomes stable, contemplate the blue petals with bindus dissolving into the A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) in the center, and hold the vase breath. Then, from the A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) in the center, radiate immeasurable light that is not like this color, but is extremely clear. Contemplate all containers and contents as shimmering and flickering like a mirage. These all gather back, enter through the pores of one's skin, the A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿)
