He offered silk, lamps, offerings, and banners to the stupa of the great Thubchen Je Lodro Gyaltsen, and the golden stupa of the glorious Great Compassionate One, and to the temple. He continued to manage and maintain the monastery as before. He newly established the Phuntsok Samten Ling temple, which had twelve large pillars. On the walls, he mainly painted the Shakyamuni Buddha and the Ten Directions, on the right were Panchen Rinpoche, the Great Compassionate One Kunga Chokdrub, and on the left were Jetsun Rinpoche and Je Lochok's pure lands. In general, there were the Buddhas of the Ten Directions, Amitayus, Orgyen Rinpoche, the Eight Tent Deities, and the pure lands of the Wealth God and the Eight Horse Lords, along with their patrons. In between, he beautifully built a thousand Buddha statues. At the conclusion of the consecration celebration, Jangpang Le was invited. He became the patron of the monastery and built the twelve-pillared temple, with wood brought from Lo (Mustang). The five brothers of the painter Angchen acted as patrons. After it was completed, he performed the consecration, and it rained flowers. During the enthronement, three flowers grew from the heart of the main Shakyamuni Buddha and remained for a long time. Angchen also offered extensive offerings. There, he bestowed the empowerment of Tsedrub Gyalmo on the assembly, and the separate empowerments of the Nine Deities of the Ngor tradition and the Jonang tradition's Kunrig, without confusion. He also gave the empowerments of the Hevajra Father Tantra, Mother Tantra, and the Jonang All-Knowing One's mind practice Five Deities, along with their biographies, and the Panchen Rinpoche's biography, the "Detailed Explanation of the Distinctions".
