Ma G.yal arrived at Lha rtser. A grand welcome was arranged by the three monasteries (Chos dgon gsum). At the Bla brang, many virtuous spiritual friends, led by Khenpo Lha mchog ba, gathered, and he bestowed the empowerment of longevity, the teachings of the Nine Unmoving Ones (Lha dgu mi 'khrugs pa), and the Hevajra pitṛtantra and yumatantra. Many people from various Northern Monasteries (Byang dgon tha dad) requested to receive the vows of Bhikshu and Bhikshuni. The尊者 himself acted as the Khenpo, Dharma Lord Lha mchog acted as the Acharya, Rabjampa Rab brtan acted as the secret preceptor, and Rabjampa Mthar legs acted as the guide for the Kalachakra. Together with the supplementing Sangha, he bestowed the vows of Bhikshu and Bhikshuni upon many ordinands, and then proceeded to Spong ler. At the Bo zi gathering, he gave empowerments, subsequent permissions, oral transmissions, and pith instructions. Like this, wherever he went to any monastery, he gave tea, offerings, Tsog offerings, and Dharma talks to the Sangha. Afterwards, he went to Glo bo and resided in the great monastery. That winter, many wise men from Nepal, such as Ku su 'ju and Zangs 'ju, built a tall inner support (nang rten) and a Victory Stupa (rnam rgyal mchod rten) made of gold and bronze for the omniscient one (rje thams cad mkhyen pa). It was completed in the seventh month of the Snake year. On the eighth day of that month, on the day of the fire planet, the Venerable One himself presided over the consecration ceremony, assisted by assistants such as Lodan (Blo ldan), twenty-five Acharyas and Bhikshus, based on the mandala of colored sand of Hevajra, according to the tradition of the previous Gurus, and performed a grand ceremony. At that time, many wonderful outer and inner signs appeared, such as rainbow tents and rain of flowers. Everyone, led by the local ruler (sde srid), offered a grand celebration. The Nepalese were treated favorably and rewarded, and they received countless jewels and gold, and were satisfied. Each of the five Acharyas who assisted in the consecration ceremony was given copper and iron, blue and red cloth, and a silk Hada. The ritual master was given copper and iron, and tea, each one "Sho" (a Tibetan unit of weight), and cloth, wool, and silk, each two "Sho". Silk garments and countless offerings were offered to the golden stupa, the Sangha was entertained, and local officials and lords were invited to the auspicious celebration. Excellent and large portions of Indian sweets were provided to all, and extensive generosity was bestowed upon the infinite assembly of people. In gratitude, extensive fulfillment offerings and blessings were bestowed upon the Dharma protectors.

The teachings of the three meanings, the teachings of Niguma, the biographies of the lineage, and the instructions from old and new documents. Granted the empowerment of the Six-Armed Wisdom Protector. After that, he went to Smonthang. He bestowed many empowerments and subsequent permissions such as longevity empowerment, Vaishravana, and the Eight Protector Gods upon various officials and attendants. After that, at Namgyal-rtse, he performed the recitation and fire puja of Vajrayogini for three months. He said that this retreat was very clear and there were signs that the venerable lady would protect him. After that, he became the leader of the grand Dharma assembly of the monastery. The mandala was vast, with a throne canopy above, and the surroundings were decorated with clothes and silks hanging from ropes. In addition, there were many items such as banners, tormas, and tents. In the center, surrounded by double-layered silk curtains, each member of the assembly of officials and monks had a golden headdress, silk pendants, vajra bell, inner offering container, excellent skull cup, and exquisite Dharma robes, without lacking anything. He ordered that the arrangement of the empowerment items and offerings should be maintained as in previous years. Thus, at the time of the dissolution of the mandala and the invocation of the wisdom deities after the completion of the grand Dharma assembly, there were many musical instruments such as conch shells, trumpets, small conch shells, large conch shells, cymbals, and large drums, as well as seven sets each of three-tiered and two-tiered umbrellas, fourteen sets of single-tiered umbrellas, victory banners, fluttering banners, and colored powders, accompanied by fragrant incense clouds, and the invocation was performed in the great river. A large torma offering was made to the Dharma protectors of the surrounding area, and offerings were made to male and female Putas, spirit guides, and lords of the charnel ground, according to the practice of the glorious Sakya school. After that, in the summer, he went to Jangpong-le and appointed Tsarong Namkha Lobsal as the abbot of the monastery. He went to the great monastery via Namgyal Lhatse. At that time, Jonangpa Dharma masters and others from U-Tsang arrived with letters of invitation from Jangdagpa. During the grand Ganachakra ceremony, after the evening torma offering and the vows of ornaments were completed, it was about midnight, and in a state of drowsiness, a sound of musical instruments appeared. Listening for a long time, it was the sound of Shakchen.
