供养诸山，广弘无偏之正法。将近隐没之正法甘露，怙主您令其极度兴盛。夏日河水上涨有何稀奇？仅以稀少而显珍贵之名传扬。不辨善恶，唯我方是，心中执念，亦斥责他宗无过者。为大诽谤者所惊吓，皈依处、殊胜皈依处，我等向您皈依。如是，乃为使正法久住之若干功德事迹所作之语，即第八篇。牛年四月十九日，至尊化身语自在 नामवाङ नम्ग्याल（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 衮噶仁钦贝桑波之足下，亦为此尊上师，堪为阿阇黎之二人，以及持律者与具信僧众如海会之中央，因不宜举行如前所说之仪轨，故而授以比丘戒。彼时，蒙古国王阿斯巴以极度恳切之情祈请前往之使者亦于座前侍立。 总而言之，因年事已高，且蒙古路途遥远，行进艰难等诸多理由，僧众弟子、施主、地方官员等所有之人，以及我等四方之人等，皆祈请莫行而安住，然尊者以三世遍知之智慧，如实无碍照见一切法之圣旨是，此次无论如何皆须前往蒙古，三年后定能无有任何过失而返回，以此善妙承诺，令我等所有寄托希望者皆得安心。于六月之中，师徒一行自寺院启程。自上蒙古地方，地方官员前来拜见。为道路之众生广行利益，沿北路前行，至极度上涨之黄河，仅以手势示意，河水便退却，师徒一行毫无阻碍地渡过。同样，对黄河亦作手势，亦如是。据说师徒一行刚一到达河岸，河水便如往常一样上涨。一条大河，本应只有一条路可走，却断开，出现一条其他人都无能为力之路。尊者

Offering to the mountains, widely spreading the unbiased Dharma. The nectar of the sacred Dharma, which was nearing extinction, was greatly flourished by you, the protector. What is so surprising about the river swelling in summer? It is said that it is valued only for its rarity. Not discerning good from bad, only saying "my side is right," clinging to it in one's heart, and also criticizing others who have no faults. Frightened by the great slanderers, refuge place, supreme refuge place, we take refuge in you. Thus, this is the eighth chapter, a speech based on some of the special qualities that make the precious teachings last long. On the nineteenth day of the fourth month of the year of the Ox, the feet of the supreme incarnation Ngagwang Namgyal Kunga Rinchen Palzangpo were also presided over by this very master. Two suitable Acharyas, the disciplinarian, and the faithful Sangha, like an ocean, were in the center. Since it was not appropriate to perform the rituals as described above, he was ordained as a Bhikshu. At that time, the messenger of the Mongolian King Asbal, who had requested him to come with great insistence, was also waiting in attendance. In general, due to various reasons such as his advanced age and the remoteness and difficulty of traveling to Mongolia, all the monks, disciples, patrons, local officials, and all of us from all directions requested him to stay and not go. However, the venerable one, with the wisdom of knowing the three times, saw all the dharmas without obstruction, and his decree was that he must go to Mongolia this time, and he would definitely return without any faults in three years. With this excellent promise, he gave all of us who had placed our hopes in him a breath of relief. In the middle of June, the master and disciples set out from the monastery itself. From Upper Mongolia, the local officials came to meet him. He greatly benefited the sentient beings on the road, and as they proceeded straight along the northern road, the Yellow River was extremely swollen. With just a gesture of his hand, the river subsided, and the master and disciples crossed over without any hindrance. Similarly, he made a gesture to the Yellow River, and it happened in the same way. It is said that as soon as the master and disciples reached the bank of the river, the water swelled up again as before. When the venerable master arrived, he gave baths, initiations, and oral transmissions. Just by following his instructions for diet and living, the serious illness immediately began to improve. During this tour, all the old patrons offered unimaginable respect according to the old customs. In the Arak regions belonging to Tibet, the door of activities also opened in unimaginable ways. In the Year of the Tiger, Bechin Khan, the nephew of the great To Yeshe King Aldan, came to greet him. Queen Khatun and all the others met him. Unimaginable offerings were made with great respect. Each turned the wheel of Dharma according to their own minds. At this time, in the newly built Lhakhang in Taklung in Tsongkha area, Dadaar Bumpon greeted and gave generous treatment. In those places, the wheel of Dharma was widely turned. The Mongolian King Guyang Zongchi Dechin came to greet him and repeatedly requested the Dharma. Then, gradually, King Orus Julang came to greet him. As before, countless things were done to benefit beings. In the Year of the Dragon, the King of Tomis, Kholo Chinba, was greeted by Ngur. At the time of the welcome, thirteen pure white steeds were offered, with white hadas and arrows tied to the necks of the horses. Just meeting him gained great respect and repeatedly requested the Dharma.
