Please remain here! I pray with one-pointed devotion. Based on the great deeds of propagating the Dharma, this is the fourth section of a brief account. This holy being has traveled many times to the upper and lower territories of the Hor, throughout the northern regions. During the summer, when the rainfall is extremely heavy, wooden boats and the like are swept away by the floods and disappear completely. However, merely by scattering something from his hand, or by offering a single Torma of the tutelary deity, the water immediately recedes, allowing even young children to cross easily. As soon as the master and disciples have finished crossing, the water swells up again as before. Therefore, countless people mostly rely on miracles, and repeatedly join their palms in utmost reverence. Furthermore, such a large gathering of people always follows him, yet there is never even a slight hint of conflict, or gradual escalation, or the occurrence of livestock diseases spreading when offering livestock and other animals. Even the oldest villagers have never heard of such a thing. Tea, cloth, silk, armor, food essence, horses, livestock, etc., there is always a feeling that today's offerings are particularly abundant. To the vast assembly of people, he bestows initiations and blessings of tutelary deities and Dharma protectors, such as Sojong, generating Bodhicitta, the meditation instructions of the six-syllable mantra, according to each person's wishes. He fulfills the wishes of all beings with material possessions. Since the upper and lower Hor regions and others seem to be constantly engaged in conflict, through the power of his great compassion and blessings, when his teachings are delivered, everyone listens and understands with a peaceful mind. Considering the well-being of all sentient beings, he distributes all valuable items to them individually. Because he makes judgments with impartial documents and establishes vows, the times are very peaceful for about twelve years or more, which is a time of peace. Unlike some great figures of later generations, who superficially reconcile disputes, temporarily pacifying dissatisfaction with monetary rewards and the like, but in reality, they make judgments with cunning that favors their own side.

And others, under the guise of mediation, only focus on their own power and enjoyment between the two, striving to achieve it, excluding others, and considering it natural for themselves to obtain it. For those who are rumored to be virtuous people like the wind, when I see the faults of them being drowned in actions that are not virtuous, like the ocean, I put aside all my own affairs and single-mindedly strive to accomplish the happiness of others. For your kind of thought, with unfeigned, heartfelt devotion, I prostrate until samsara is empty. Furthermore, this great being, having obtained a physical birth in such a supreme lineage, and being manifestly exalted by both worldly and Dharma aspects, being manifestly adorned by this much, and abiding in the qualities and activities of the body, speech, and mind of the wise, virtuous, and excellent, beyond the scope of thought, yet completely free from all stains of pride and satisfaction. Those who have attended near your feet for about forty years have not sensed you uttering even a single word of self-praise. Even towards the most foolish people, you treat them with respectful language, without the slightest hint of contempt. For all other beings who have slightly engaged in virtuous deeds, in all places where they are slandered and reviled, you praise them even more than yourself. Towards even a small part of the supports of body, speech, and mind, even a single letter, or even a dilapidated stupa, and a part of the Sangha, even a mere mark of saffron robes, you show the utmost respect by joining your palms together, etc. Seeing these, this is truly a liberation conduct even more virtuous than a virtuous person! Here it is said: Your qualities are like an ocean, you are like an ocean, you are not satisfied by being filled with thousands of rivers of qualities. The small-minded, inferior vessels, the earthen pots of the world, are filled and broken by a single drop of water of gain and honor. In order to conquer samsara, the masters of other illusions, give power and wealth to those illusionists who use illusion, as a cause for them to act according to Dharma, this giving is like killing the great path to liberation with poison. In the ocean of existence, some illusionists who use illusion, gather pleasant spiritual friends like gathering white sugar, and with deceptive means, lure hundreds of thousands of sentient fish, and see them being devoured in the desert of bad destinies.
