When laying the foundation line, two of the most perfect and pure women from the Tibetan land were needed. In a place as large as Tibet, when it was not known who was the most perfect, they said that the mantra practitioner had this ability, and if it was true, they asked him to summon them. The teacher began to meditate, and soon, Cho Roza Buchungmen and Cho Roza Lhabumen came from nowhere. Then the wisdom deity was descended and the foundation line was made. Later, even when all the people of Tibet were gathered, no one more perfect than these two appeared. Then the ministers secretly discussed, saying, "Is this mantra practitioner going to transport all the strange people and all the good wealth from the Tibetan people to India?" There was also a minister named Khyungpo Taktsa who was very unbelieving in Buddhism. He thought, "Drakmar Dren Zang and this mantra practitioner should be burned in the fire." When he went to the teacher, in the midst of many people such as ministers, the teacher said, "Are you thinking like this?" He was very ashamed and went back and said, "This border Monpa knows everything." There was also a man named Watoong Zik who was very jealous of Buddhism. He said, "This person will soon become powerful and will not allow Buddhism to flourish, so now is the time to punish him." The teacher thought for a moment, and he also died of bleeding at that time. This also saw the power of subduing humans and non-humans in the past, and the ministers were very wary of their own evil thoughts and evil deeds. The teacher's presence made them very uneasy, and they only thought of ways for the teacher to go to India. The teacher said, "Tsenpo (Tibetan King), I will make this place of yours beautiful. Turn the sandy land of Ngamshö into forests and oases. Draw water to the places without water such as Dra, Dol, Tala, and Yulpo Che. Turn all the sandy land into farmland and use it to support Tibet. Take wealth from Vaishravana (Tibetan: བཻ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वैश्रवण, Sanskrit Romanization: Vaiśravaṇa, Chinese literal meaning: Much Hearing King), and let the source of all the wealth of Jambudvipa appear in Tibet. Put the rivers in bottles! I have said that I have put something bigger than this water in a bottle!"
