In front of the later-arriving Dharma Lord Tenzinpa, he made offerings to the Dharma Lord Tenzinpa from his father's side, saying: Our lineage of Ra Lotsawa Dorje Drak, like a string of gold, has never been interrupted. This monastery, with its union of skillful means and wisdom, upholds the teachings of mantra, and has vast patrons with faith and commitment, so I hope you will protect these. Now, this old body of mine, like a sheep with deer antlers, this lineage is as precious as the eye on the forehead, this is it. This only child, as I said before, please do not give him away. This only little child is needed here, please do not take him away, saying he is not the reincarnation of your lama. As a token of my request, please accept these offerings. Dharma Lord Tenzinpa said: Please do not say such things. Your lineage will surely continue, you are still young. Now this child is clearly the reincarnation of the venerable lama, I am convinced. There is no need to say that this child is not our own reincarnation. Your faces will also become more complete. That's all. In order to invite the reincarnation of the venerable lama, I will offer it as ransom to your parents. I will stay in Kharak for one night, and then immediately go to Gongkar to invite the reincarnation of the venerable lama, and to offer the reasons for not calling it a ransom. For a while, it is also in accordance with your wishes, so please keep it secret, both internally and externally, that the venerable lama is a reincarnation. We will also keep it secret. Eventually, we will all be unable to keep the secret that the lama is not a reincarnation. For now, let us all keep it secret. After saying that, he took the child from his father's hand, kissed him many times, and then left. Similarly, in Kharak Dzong (Kharak Dzong, now Gonggar County, Shannan, Tibet), the dzongpons also asked whether it was certain that he was a reincarnation. As agreed with his father before, I am only passing by this time, and what I have heard is that there is no need to study scriptures or receive empowerments, etc.
