It is said that 'ra mig' is followed by ṭa and num. It seems like saying 'blind in the eye'. 'Blind in the eye' is the third meaning of the first. Similarly, 'pāde na khañjaḥ' means 'lame in the foot'. 'Karṇena badhiraḥ' means 'deaf in the ear'. Although ṭa and in occur, the first meaning, that is, all of them, must be actually represented. Some do not necessarily represent deafness actually, but it is incidental. 'Janikartṛ prakṛtiḥ' means 'the nature of causing'. The fifth case is applied to the cause by which the fruit or object has been produced, which is the meaning of definitely giving everything. 'Yasmāt prajā prajāyante tat brahma iti' means 'that from which beings are produced is this Brahma'. The cause or nature by which the transformations produce beings is called Brahma. 'Yasmāt', from which, is the fifth case. The agent is related to the action. It is said that the first and third persons receive the fifth case even if they are not the source because they definitely give everything to the deserving. The source is consistent. 'Yasmāt' is the suffix of ṅasi. 'Prajā' is the agent. 'Prajāyante' is the verb. Then, 'āṅādiyogo lañcamī' means the fifth case in the combination of āṅ and so on. The fifth case is applied to the name that has the prefix of āṅ and so on, which have the meaning of delimiting. 'Ā pāṭaliputrād vṛṣṭo devaḥ'. Although the singular of the fifth case, 'putrāt', occurs, it is not the source. The meaning of delimiting is shown by the power of being combined with ād. 'The god rains up to Pāṭaliputra'. That is, the limit is set from the city of Pāṭaliputra. As it is said, 'the fourth case for its meaning'. 'Its meaning' refers to something that is good, definitely accomplished quickly if practiced, and not yet manifest. Its use in the combination of mantras is like 'for the sake of accomplishment'. Although this is only a specific purpose, it is not certain that the fourth case is specifically for other purposes. Some say that it is mentioned here because it is certain for this. Others say that it is mentioned here because all the purposes were not achieved in the actual words of the sutra above. 'Saṃyamāya śrutaṃ dhante, narodharmāya saṃyamaṃ, dharma mokṣāya medhā vī, dha.'

Nama Dānāya Bhuktaye. In Tibetan: Holding the hearing for diligence, people for diligent Dharma, wise people act for liberation, accumulate wealth for charity and food. So it is said. Māya and, again, Māya and, Kṣāyanāya, these are the fourth case connected with ངེ་. Saṃyama is good restraint or diligence. Dharma is single-mindedly focused on virtue. Medhāvi is wise. The first three words are the category of liberation, and the latter is accumulating wealth for Dharma and desire, which are four categories. This indicates all the things to be done. ༈ Kruddhyādi Yoge Ca. The connection of anger and so on is also. Kruddha means anger, that is, being angry, and also harboring resentment, speaking ill, deceiving, and so on. The fourth case also applies to these, such as: Krurāya Kruddhyati. To the angry one, makes angry. It means that first one party gets angry and then starts harming the other party, causing the other party to also get angry. Or, Krura, non-god, the forerunner of Kaṃsa, to him, Kaṃsa himself also makes angry. Therefore, it is explained as "from anger, anger." Krurāya is born from this, actually it is "to the angry one" such as the fourth case, but the meaning is the thing to be done, or because of the anger, the other party is also angry, this is any of the fifth or seventh case of the reason. Similarly, Mitrāya Druhyati. Hates the friend. Mitrāya is born from this, for the word "for," the meaning is the second case. Guṇavate Asūyati. Does not praise the one with qualities. Guṇavatā and ངེ་ connected is also not for the thing to be done, but the thing to be done. ༈ As it is said, ཀྱཔ྄ (kyap) is the fifth case after removal. Thus it appears, Harmyātprekṣate. Looks from the mansion. That is, Hārma gives ཀྱཔ྄ (kyap) as the suffix. ཀ྄ (ka) and པ྄ (pa) disappear. Mā's a is removed. Ya is animate, Rāma guides. Harmya is completed. For it ངས྄ི་ (ngsi) Āt (āt). Actually it comes from the mansion, but the meaning is not the source. It means climbing to the top of the mansion and looking in all directions. Here Āt (āt) is a connecting word like "from." Āsanātprekṣati. Looks from the seat. For this, Āsana gives ཀྱཔ྄ (kyap). ཀ྄ (ka) a པ྄ (pa) all three are removed. For it ངསི (ngsi). Āt (āt) appears. Therefore, it is sitting and watching on the seat, not the source.
