The two trainings of the mind of enlightenment in the past are the power of habituation. Here, an undamaged conch shell, ashes from burning with fire, and powdered lodestone applied to the madness of bees, applied to the crown of the head, are the oral instructions for the transformation of substances. Fifth, the measure of mastery is: all dharmas are gathered into one intention. That is to say, the intention of all dharmas is gathered into taming self-grasping, so while practicing mind training, it is necessary to make self-cherishing smaller and smaller. Holding the chief of the two faculties, one must be honest in one's own mind and not deceive oneself. Constantly rely on ease of mind. That is to say, no matter what adverse circumstances or suffering occur, fear and discouragement will never arise, but will increase as companions of virtuous deeds. Therefore, when unpleasant things happen, there is no discomfort. If one can endure even when distracted, then one has mastered it. That is to say, without deliberately subduing with antidotes, and without holding on with mindfulness, on top of all enemies and friends, happiness and suffering, harmers, the two minds of enlightenment arise effortlessly and spontaneously. These four are the measure of having gone to the heart of mind training, but even if one has these, it does not mean that one does not need to practice later. Sixth, in the vows of mind training, always learn the three general meanings. That is to say, not contradicting the promise of mind training, that is, the three vows are not stained by the impurities of transgressions, and the vows are not broken. Without self-cherishing for oneself, cutting down trees desired by others, stirring up springs, overturning statues of deities, associating with lepers and beggars, etc., making liberation pure, and not going to one side. That is to say, not practicing mind training on one side of enemies and friends, or being able to endure the harm of spirits but not being able to endure the harm of the present, or being able to endure enemies and friends but not being able to endure suffering, or being able to endure all of that but losing the Dharma on top of happiness, etc., not being one-sided, but practicing on all circumstances such as happiness and suffering, favorable and unfavorable conditions. Transform aspirations and remain in one's own place. That is to say, the aspiration of cherishing oneself and not cherishing others in the past should be transformed and abandoned in one's own place. However, do not reveal it, but remain in one's own place. Do not speak of the faults of the limbs. That is to say, do not speak of the faults of others. Do not think of any other side. That is to say, seeing that there is some fault in anyone else, think that my own perception is impure, they have.

I don't know if something like that really exists. Due to impure self-appearance, it seems that there have also been many who view the Teacher, the Bhagavan, as having faults. One must subdue one's own evil mind. First, purify the most intense afflictions. This means that by examining one's own mind, one must pile all the Dharma on top of the most intense afflictions. Abandon all expectations of results. This means that by practicing mind training, expecting to control gods and demons, or expecting to be recognized as a holy person, or expecting to repay kindness with harm, etc., are all deceptions, so abandon them. The saying "abandon poisonous food" refers to all virtuous actions motivated by self-cherishing and the belief in the reality of things. Because they are poisonous, one should understand them as illusory, abandoning attachment. The saying "do not rely on a good government" means not to harbor resentment towards harm caused by others. The saying "do not incite evil quarrels" means not to expose the faults of others. The saying "do not wait for an opportunity" means that even if the harm caused by others has passed for many years, do not forget it, and do not retaliate when you have the opportunity. The saying "do not strike at the vital point" means not to expose the faults of others, not to speak harsh words, not to recite mantras to kill non-humans, etc., and not to say anything that would sting the hearts of others. The saying "do not transfer the mule's burden to the ox" means not to impose evil accusations on others, and not to transfer difficult tasks that should be borne by oneself to others through deception. The saying "do not turn a god into a demon" means that if one's mind becomes rigid after practicing mind training, it is like a god turning into a demon. Therefore, while practicing even a little Dharma, one should make one's mind more and more gentle. The saying "do not go hungry" means that if one practices mind training in the hope of pacifying diseases, dispelling evil spirits, and averting misfortunes, it is like sacrifices, witchcraft, and Bönpo chanting. Therefore, one should abandon arrogance, attachment, expectations, and doubts and practice. The saying "do not seek suffering in the limbs of happiness" means that if a patron becomes sick or dies, there will be offerings; if a monastic friend dies, there will be scriptures, statues, etc.; if someone equal to oneself dies, then only I will receive merit; if an enemy dies, one will feel happy, etc. In short, one should abandon the expectation that others will suffer and be displeased for one's own happiness. Seventh, the teachings of mind training are: do all yogas with one. This refers to the yoga of food, the yoga of clothing, the yoga of sleeping, the yoga of sitting, etc.
