If it is thought that only the realization of seeing the path of greatness is the Dharma wheel of meaning, and that the teaching of the Dharma as a cause for obtaining it is solely the Dharma wheel of scripture, then it is not so here. All the stages of the Mahayana path up to the attainment of forbearance, where different levels of transcendent grounds are newly attained, and all such as the four fruits of the Hearers, are Dharma wheels of realization. Not to mention seeing them directly, all the teachings that are obtained from the scriptures are Dharma wheels of scripture; these are all conventional Dharma wheels. The wisdom that sees all knowable things, which is continuous, is the Dharma wheel of realization, and the ocean of scriptures that corresponds to that meaning, which appears to the Buddha himself, is the Dharma wheel of scripture; these two are the ultimate Dharma wheels. The way in which the Tathagatas turn the wheel of Dharma in the world is also threefold: specifically for the trainees of the Lesser Vehicle, the Dharma wheel of the Four Noble Truths; specifically for the Bodhisattvas who have newly entered the Great Vehicle and whose minds are distracted by emptiness, the Dharma wheel of the signless; and specifically for the sharp-witted Bodhisattvas who have gradually entered all kinds of vehicles, whose minds are extremely purified, and who have excellent faith, the wheel with excellent distinctions, or the Dharma wheel of the words of the irreversible wheel, or the wheel of prophecy, or the words that teach the Tathagatagarbha. The third is the result, such as the Dharma drum. Just as the sound of the great drum of the gods revives the discouraged heavenly soldiers and dispels suffering and discomfort, here the Buddha's teaching is depicted as the great drum of the gods. Its sound dispels the suffering of beings, and the suffering beings are depicted as the heavenly army. May they be liberated from suffering! Thus, the result of teaching the Dharma is to liberate beings from the suffering of samsara and place them in the bliss of liberation. The seventh is the ten verses beginning with "In countless billions of kalpas." Here, the word "billion" does not refer to one hundred thousand.

Yes, in general, it can be understood a lot. Therefore, the difference in time is kalpas, etc., and the difference in actions is teaching the Dharma, etc. The actual meaning is, may the Buddha not pass away into nirvana, but remain in the world. What is the reason for staying? Like the mire of desire, etc., all sentient beings of the three realms are gathered in their respective places. Craving is the son of craving, bound tightly by a rope, and desire is the object of craving, sinking into a mire that is difficult to cross. For those who are bound by the aggregates of fear and other afflictions, like iron chains, may the Buddhas, the supreme of the two-legged, look upon them with great compassion. This is to show that the cause is great compassion. For this, it is reasonable for beings in the desire realm to sink into the mire of desire for form, etc., but is it inappropriate to say so for the other two realms? Desire refers to attachment and the object of attachment, so there is no contradiction. That is, their own objects of craving are the aggregates and the pleasant feelings of the lower three dhyanas, as well as the equanimity of the fourth dhyana and the formless realm, because these are also their own objects of desire, so they are indicated by the word desire. In order to dispel the doubts of this verse, due to the mind being covered by the defilements of afflictions, isn't it with compassion that you look upon the wicked, such as those who commit the five heinous crimes, steal, commit adultery, slander the Buddha, and accumulate sins? The Buddhas rebuke them, that is, abandon them, especially killing and resentment, and do not take unexamined abandonment, because they have immeasurable equanimity without afflictions. Not only that, because they have a mind of equal love for all sentient beings, there is no slander or rebuke, etc., but they abide in this, because they always have the nature of love. Thus, by mentioning compassion, equanimity, and love, joy is also implied. In short, these two verses explain that the reason for staying for the benefit of others is the four immeasurables. Therefore, may you always teach the Dharma and remain, so that all beings may be liberated from the ocean of existence. Thus, those roots of virtue
