That which is extremely stable, exists in the continuum of the one who guides the Dharma, and can generate realization like transferring it to the continuum of the listener, is the Wheel of Dharma. The unsurpassed is that which transcends the world and is not shared by the Dharma taught by gods and sages. Urging to turn the Wheel of Dharma means that not long after the emanation body Buddha attained enlightenment, when the Wheel of Dharma has not yet been turned in this world, one prays for the general turning of the Wheel of Dharma. Generally speaking, the Wheel of Dharma is always turning, but praying to speak the Dharma that is appropriate for the occasion is also included here. The compassionate Buddha does not have attachment to mundane things or ignorance, so if one thinks that there is no need to urge, then it is also necessary to urge in order to generate respect for the Dharma. The main thing is that it is impossible for the Buddha not to speak the Dharma, but for the sake of one's own mind and sentient beings, and for the sake of accumulating merit, this is the method of practicing the stages of mind training. The sixth is: Whether you show Nirvana or not, For the benefit and happiness of all beings, I pray that you stay in the world for as many eons as there are dust particles. I prostrate and earnestly pray. From the ultimate point of view, the Buddha will not completely pass into Nirvana, but showing Nirvana is to show the appearance of completely passing into Nirvana to those who are to be tamed. Because the Buddha stays in the world, infinite benefits and happiness are naturally accomplished, so for the sake of immediately benefiting all beings and long-term happiness, in terms of time, I pray that you stay in the world for as many eons as there are dust particles in the Buddha lands of all ten directions. The one who prays, I prostrate and earnestly pray. The immediate happiness is wealth and power, etc., and the long-term benefit is Nirvana. The seventh is: I prostrate, offer, and confess all sins, Rejoice, urge, and pray for all merits, All the small virtues that I have accumulated, I dedicate them all to perfect Bodhi. As mentioned above, I prostrate to the supreme object with body, speech, and mind, offer with two kinds of offerings, and through the door of the four powers.

Confessing sins, rejoicing in all the merits of beings and noble ones, urging the turning of the wheel of Dharma, and requesting not to pass into nirvana. Having done these six branches, whatever little merit I have accumulated from the body, all of that—in reality, it is only that much, but all the merits that I have done in the three times, and caused others to do, rejoiced in, and praised, and also all the merits accumulated by all beings in the three times, all of that must be mentally gathered together and dedicated. All of that should be made equal to the realm of Dharma. The words "a little accumulated" also imply this. Where should those merits to be dedicated be dedicated? They should be dedicated for the sake of the great, unsurpassed enlightenment of Buddhahood. Who should dedicate? I should dedicate. If it is not dedicated to supreme enlightenment, the fruits of each will be exhausted. For those in samsara, the fruits will be exhausted up to the good realms, and for the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, those will also be exhausted in the realm of no remainder. If it is dedicated to Buddhahood, then even until that is attained, the happiness of gods and humans, etc., will increase, and having attained unsurpassed enlightenment, in order to attain non-abiding nirvana, it will remain as long as space exists, and by benefiting all sentient beings, the fruit of merit will never be exhausted. That dedication is also as it is said: "By that which all the Buddhas of the three times have praised as the most excellent dedication." The dedication praised by all the Buddhas is found in the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita Sutra and others: Giving should also be made common with all sentient beings, and completely dedicated to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. After completely dedicating, one should not truly see any sign in any way. One should completely dedicate in such a way. What do I give? Who gives? What is completely dedicated? Who completely dedicates? Where is it dedicated? If it is dedicated to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, then that object of dedication will truly
