Second, regarding not forgetting the mind of enlightenment, from "I practice the conduct of enlightenment" to "May all be completely purified," it shows that one should always renounce the world through lifetimes, purify morality through moral conduct, teach the Dharma in various languages like those of the gods, diligently engage in virtue through trees, etc., not forget the mind of enlightenment by preceding it with the four causes, and abandon the opposing factors through sins, etc. Alternatively, one can separate remembering past lives and renunciation into five causes, which would also be good. Third, the practice of non-attachment or non-clinging is from "Karma" onwards. Fourth, benefiting others and bringing them happiness is from "The extent of the field" onwards. Fifth, donning armor is from "Completing the conduct of enlightenment" onwards, which corresponds to perfecting the Buddha's teachings, engaging in accordance with the conduct of sentient beings, and teaching the sacred Dharma in order. Sixth, associating with friends of equal fortune is from "My conduct" onwards. Seventh, relying on and pleasing spiritual friends is from "Benefiting me" onwards. Eighth, making offerings to the manifest Buddha and other activities is from "Son of the Buddha" onwards, corresponding to the retinue, time, intention without discouragement, and offerings in a sequential manner. Ninth, upholding the sacred Dharma is from "Victorious Ones" onwards, corresponding to upholding the Dharma, teaching it, and diligently practicing it in order. Tenth, obtaining an inexhaustible treasury is from "All existence" onwards, to obtain the two accumulations and power. Eleventh, making aspirations through various entrances is from "Upon a single atom, realms as numerous as atoms" to "I go before them." There are eight entrances: First, entering into seeing the Buddha with the field, which is "One atom," etc. Second, entering into the speech of the Buddha, which is "One speech, limb," etc. Third, entering into turning the wheel of Dharma, which is "Three times gone," etc. Fourth, entering through the gate of kalpas, which is "Future kalpas," etc. Fifth, entering into seeing the Thus-Gone One, which is "Three times gone," etc. Sixth, entering into its field of activity, which is "Always those," etc.

Oh! The seventh is entering into the practice of purifying the Buddha-field, which is whatever past, present, and future, etc. The eighth is entering into going before the Tathagata, which is whatever has not come, etc. Here is the summary: Seeing the pure land, speech, and Dharma wheel, kalpas, Buddha, field of activity, practicing the pure land, and going before, know that these are the eight entries. The twelfth general meaning is aspiration from the perspective of power, from "all swiftness" to "accomplishing correctly." The thirteenth is aspiration from the perspective of accomplishment or antidote, which is "all the powers of karma," etc., subduing the three: karma, afflictions, and demons, as well as the antidote itself, which are four sequential key points. The fourteenth is aspiration from the perspective of activity, from "pure lands like the ocean" to "not weary of practice," which also includes the purification of the Buddha's pure land, maturing sentient beings, realizing the Dharma, obtaining post-attainment wisdom, engaging in limitless conduct, fulfilling aspirations, accomplishing offerings, and entering into endless kalpas, which are eight sequential key points. The fifteenth is following, which is whatever past, present, and future, etc., which includes following the Buddha and following the great Bodhisattvas. The sixteenth is showing the dedication that summarizes the meaning, which is "may all practices not be limited," etc. Thus, this sequence of summarized meanings is also the unanimous explanation of most Indian commentaries, and in particular, it is recorded as spoken by Khenpo Yeshe De. Therefore, this summarized meaning is very reliable, so it should be cherished and recorded for the purpose of not being lost. In Shakya Shenyen's commentary, the sixteen points are similar in general, but the first is named "generating the mind of Bodhichitta," and the ten points, such as generating the mind of Bodhichitta, are sequentially combined with the ten perfections of the stage of application, and "becoming an offering" is combined with generosity, and the lotus and sun and moon are used as metaphors for not being stained by attachment and aversion, and although doing hot and cold things, it is patience because there is no discrimination of attachment and aversion, and manifesting Buddhahood is the power of aspiration, etc., are explained with various reasons, and entering is refuted by seeing the Buddha-field, etc.
