turning into the sound of language, appearing limitlessly with meaning and words, sound and melody. It is said thus: For those with various intentions, in the place where many retinues reside, when a single teaching is given, all words will be understood in many different ways, and everyone will realize "This is for me," what could be more wondrous than this? What could be more amazing than this? So it is. Furthermore, that very speech of all the victorious Buddhas, its branches are free from all faults, completely pure, and abiding in a single essence, whichever Dharma one wishes to hear, and according to the thoughts of all beings who are to be tamed by it, that tone will enter accordingly. Just as one speech of a single Buddha possesses all these qualities, so too are all the words of all the guides the same. To all such words of the Buddhas, may I always listen, remember without forgetting, and may my speech also act in a manner that is in accordance with and similar to the speech of the Buddhas. The time of the final completion of this (referring to the aforementioned qualities) is as before, and the initial attainment is on the ground of Good Intelligence, where it is said that the four individual perfect knowledges are attained, which is the same point. Here, to make it easier to understand, when listening to the Dharma from one Buddha and understanding its meaning, at the very same time, listening to the Dharma from many other Buddhas and remembering the words, contemplating their meaning, without hindering each other, equally hearing, remembering, and contemplating, without difficulty or effort. Now, from "All the Buddhas who have passed in the three times" to "I go before all the protectors," is a prayer related to the qualities of those who abide in the position of regent. The so-called position of regent, in some other treatises such as the Mantra Vehicle, there are various explanations such as the ninth ground, but here it refers to being appointed as regent, which is to be known as the tenth ground. There are six freedoms for this, namely: freedom to teach the Dharma, freedom of time, freedom of seeing, freedom of field of activity, freedom of realm, and freedom of action. The first is: All the Buddhas who have passed in the three times, retinue

Those who perfectly turn the various forms (of the Dharma wheel), their inexhaustible voices, may I also fully enter with the power of wisdom. All the Buddhas who have come and will come in the three times, for the sake of liberating sentient beings, perfectly turn the various forms of the Dharma wheel, the voices of those Buddhas are inexhaustible Dharma, boundless. May I also fully enter together with that activity of speech with the power of my own obtained wisdom. Here, the previous "one sound" etc. is in terms of hearing the Dharma, while this is in terms of obtaining freedom by mixing half of the essence with the speech of the Buddha. Therefore, the teaching of Dharma by the master of the ten bhumis is also the turning of the Dharma wheel by the Buddhas, and the activity of that Bodhisattva enters into all those who teach Dharma from the presence of the Buddhas, just like the actions of an army etc. that gathers wisdom and intention for one purpose. Here, "entering" means mixing, like a river entering the ocean, and if it is only explained as hearing the Dharma, there is a fault of repetition with the previous text. Second, I can also enter all future kalpas, and I can do it in one instant. No matter how many kalpas there are in the past, present, and future three times, they can be entered and practiced in fragments of an instant. In all the infinite kalpas of the future, in the infinite worlds that pervade like space, all the arising dharmas can be entered with wisdom, known by clairvoyance, just as the Tathagatas know, I can also enter with the wisdom of one instant, with one wisdom, I can know all things of all times simultaneously, so I wish. No matter how many kalpas there are in the past, and the present and future that will happen, the power to enter and transform those kalpas equal to the number of three times into a part of an instant, from one kalpa to endless kalpas, how appropriate it is to enter into an instant, and thus practice the conduct of Bodhi. This is after obtaining freedom, compressing one or many kalpas into one instant, and
