The protectors surrounded by the earth, I always behold the victorious ones with direct perception, and without wearying in all future kalpas, I will also make vast offerings to them. The Buddhas are also surrounded by the sons, Bodhisattvas, and those who have become the protectors of all limitless beings are called the victorious ones. I always behold and see them directly, not just once, but from that time onwards, continuously in all future kalpas, I will also make vast offerings to those Buddhas, and even when making offerings for a long time and with great difficulty, may I not be weary, but always make offerings with joy and great delight. Merely seeing the Buddhas directly and making offerings is something that everyone has up to the point of attaining the four legs of miraculous power by abiding in the great ground of faith. However, the statement that one always sees and that weariness is impossible refers only to the point of attaining the samadhi of the continuum of Dharma in the great ground of adhimukti-caryā. When that is attained, the second Dharma gate, the special dhāraṇī, is also attained, which is what is shown: Holding the sacred Dharma of the victorious ones, making the conduct of enlightenment appear everywhere, and also purifying the noble conduct, I will practice in all future kalpas. As much as the words of the victorious Buddhas who have manifested, all twelve parts of the scriptures of the sacred Dharma of the teachings are held through the gate of unfailing dhāraṇī, and the path of the conduct of enlightenment is always shown and made to appear to sentient beings, and I myself have also taken up the noble conduct correctly, and may that which has been accomplished slightly or as much as possible be purified, that is, increased and purified. In that, the meaning of purification is increase, like practicing skills, and purifying the faults of those practices is like purifying infectious diseases. Thus, the practice of practice is also a prayer to practice from the beginning of engaging in practice to all endless future kalpas. At those times, by accumulating the two accumulations greatly, in order to obtain the power of the two accumulations, the ornaments of the qualities of the Bodhisattva will also be obtained, thus it is shown.

Paṇi. In all states of existence, may I find inexhaustible merit and wisdom. May I become an inexhaustible treasury of skillful means and wisdom, samādhi and liberation, and all qualities. Existence is arising and being. In all states of existence in the three realms, may I, through the power of karma, aspiration, samādhi, and mastery, revolve and be born. May I find the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, which are inexhaustible and ever-increasing. And in order to liberate sentient beings from saṃsāra, may I be skilled in the means of perfecting the Dharma of the Buddhas, and may I be wise in the three aspects of dependent arising, suchness, and benefiting sentient beings. Upon these three, may I have the distinctions of śamatha and vipaśyanā, and the conduct of post-meditation, and the immeasurable samādhis such as the treasury of space and the immaculate seal. And liberation is the eight liberations and the three samādhis, etc. From abandoning each distinction of the afflictive obscurations, the obscurations of knowledge, and the obscurations of equipoise, may I experience the wisdom of liberation, and may I display the joyous feast and the magical play that arise from it. Furthermore, may I obtain the inexhaustible treasury of all the distinctions of qualities. Among these, the actual birth of karma is the ordinary bodhisattvas. Even so, their accumulation of qualities is such that even thinkers cannot measure it with their wisdom even after countless eons. And the births of the noble ones who have mastery over karma are generally just births caused by karma. As for the reason for this and samādhi and mastery, there is no need to mention that they have infinite wisdom. Although the birth of aspiration is not held by the mind-stream, it arises from the power of wisdom, and it does the work of having wisdom. Among these births, the actual body of the one who has mastery over birth does not revolve in the three realms, but shows an emanation that appears to be revolving. The others mostly arise in the three realms. As for the two accumulations, as the Victorious Maitreya said: The accumulations of the bodhisattvas, merit and wisdom are incomparable. One manifests higher realms in saṃsāra, the other revolves without afflictions. Generosity and discipline are merit.
