The union is: the condensed meditation, which is called extreme transformation. The meaning of extreme transformation is to become very skilled and progressive. Among them, the complete aspect is: from the condensed meditation of two aspects to all aspects, causing those who have not attained the condensed meditation to attain it, and those who have attained it not to lose it. And this peak union is: from two aspects to all aspects, separately combining, causing that condensed meditation to be attained and not lost, from what was done previously, because of being very skilled, entering into spontaneous arising, and in order to accomplish the qualities of that time, and for one dharma such as impermanence, also from many different ways of understanding, in order to increase the light of wisdom, to meditate. Having meditated in this way, when such a thing manifests at those times, it is called attaining the peak union, which exists from the heat of the path of joining to the wisdom of the limit of existence. The sixth thing, the gradual union, is: while that condensed meditation is not lost, by learning various different stages, the continuity of increase becomes skilled and very stable. For example, that previous condensed meditation, if one meditates for an hour, then for more than four minutes, the appearance of mind free from elaboration, such as impermanence and suffering, suddenly arises. For sentient beings who have not understood in this way, to meditate by summarizing with the mind of compassion and giving, and then during that time, to meditate by summarizing with the mind of discipline and renunciation, and so on. Combine with the six perfections, the six recollections, and the thirteen kinds of non-existent self-nature. Having become familiar with this, during the time of thirteen breaths, combine thirteen dharmas to meditate, and so on, gradually combining with the final thirteen moments, and so on, finally combining with the infinite. This is the root training of the first two unions, the first two unions are meditating by condensing many different aspects into one, and this is learning to manifest many different aspects in each moment for those that have already been condensed, so it is meditating by separating them separately. So, because of separating, will the aspects be reduced? No, it is even more than the previous ones.

The land becomes more vast. For example, it has been proven that one consciousness can simultaneously manifest sixteen aspects, and then, without those sixteen aspects disappearing individually, they manifest as one aspect of everything being impermanent, one aspect of everything being suffering, one aspect of everything being emptiness, and so on, shifting and meditating moment by moment. The many previous aspects are also individually trained in the combination of two aspects. Even if the many previous aspects only have emptiness as the pervader, and nothing else, here, all aspects are pervaded by the aspect of impermanence, all aspects are pervaded by the aspect of suffering, and so on, because it has been proven that all aspects are pervaded by all aspects individually. However, in this case, although the aspects of condensed meditation are the same continuum that was previously accomplished simultaneously, the expanders are not accomplished simultaneously, so they must be done in sequence. Therefore, it is called gradual sequential accomplishment, which means that by meditating on one dharma, one meditates on all dharmas, and one can also cause multiple samadhis to arise and dissolve in one moment, which is the supreme cause. There are many different opinions about the boundary of this place, but as it is said, from the path of joining to the beginning of the final limit, my conceptualization thinks that the path of joining must also be forbearance. The thirteen dharmas mentioned here are just an example, the aspects of dharma are endless and limitless. In this way, these three unions, with the former relying on the former to give rise to the latter, arise in the continuum in a mutually alternating manner. For example, when one obtains the condensed meditation of the complete union of twenty-seven aspects, one should learn to purify and increase with the peak union of those twenty-seven aspects themselves. Then, in order for each of those twenty-seven aspects to appear in all of those twenty-seven aspects, one must meditate on the gradual union of expanding each aspect on the twenty-seven aspects, so that one can analogize to all the many and few aspects. However, the boundaries of the initial attainment of these three unions are different, condensed meditation is also present in the path of accumulation.
