The two intermediate and final behaviors, although there is no difference in the ten perfections and so on, internally there are two great vehicles, Madhyamaka and Cittamatra. The Cittamatrins consider only mind to have six extremes, and the Madhyamikas consider it to be free from elaboration, etc. Furthermore, within the Cittamatrins there are true aspects and false aspects, and within the Madhyamikas there are Prasangikas and Svatantrikas. Since all phenomena are empty of their own nature, the ultimate truth is also empty of its own nature, which is self-emptiness. Since conventional phenomena can be analyzed, they are empty of their own nature; the ultimate reality, the unchanging, perfectly established, solid, permanent, and unanalyzable nature, does not need to be empty of its own nature, and this ultimate emptiness is known as other-emptiness. Currently, when expressing it in thought or words, there are disagreements in affirmation and negation. However, in meditative equipoise, other-emptiness corresponds to the inexpressible or free from elaboration reality as it is, so even during meditative equipoise, all mental images are determined to be emptiness. Abiding clearly, vividly, nakedly, naturally, relaxed, and comfortably, beyond all existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, emptiness and non-emptiness, during the practice of meditative absorption that realizes the naked self-awareness, if practiced, everything will be consistent. Therefore, there is no difference in the ultimate truth. If you meditate and realize, it will be consistent. Like dogs fighting in other-emptiness, abandon the elaboration of words. These are the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma spoken to common disciples. These three turnings of the wheel of Dharma were spoken at different places, times of prosperity, and times, so they were divided into three, considering that they correspond to the capacities of the disciples. There is also such a saying, to be satisfied with elaboration. Furthermore, from the outside, there is the time of turning these wheels of Dharma, and from the inside, there is also the way of expounding the wheels of Dharma of the four classes of tantras, etc. For those with sharp faculties and endowed with good fortune, the turning of the wheel of Dharma of the secret mantra Vajrayana is from the King of Sutra Treasure of Instructions, the words of the answer are: For the interest in the cause, after the wheel of Dharma of the cause is fully turned, the near path of Vajrayana, will appear in the future. Although this sutra has not been translated into Tibetan, the great translator Rinchen Zangpo quoted it in refuting the doctrine, so it should be taken as valid. In this way, the time of speaking the mantras is, the teacher...

In the past, after the Buddha manifested enlightenment, at Shri Dhana Kataka, which is the auspicious Dhanyakataka Stupa, he taught many tantras, mainly the auspicious Kalachakra, to Dharma King Chandra Bhadra and others. Furthermore, at the summit of Mount Meru, in the land of Oddiyana, and at Vajrasana, etc., he taught all the tantras to various disciples at indefinite times and places. All of these are included in the four great tantra classes, namely Kriya Tantra, Charya Tantra, Yoga Tantra, and Anuttara Yoga Tantra. Within these tantras, there are also classifications into two, three, and six categories. The division into four tantra classes is also based on the differences of disciples, namely the four castes of Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, Shudras, and Chandalas, and the teaching is based on the consideration that there are four abodes in the desire realm, and the four stages of sharp and dull faculties, etc. The Vajra Substrate Tantra says: "To subdue Brahmins, Kshatriyas, and Vaishyas, Shudras." The Sambhuti Tantra says: "Looking, calling, holding hands, and two by two embracing, are the four aspects." The Vajra Tent Tantra says: "For the inferior ones, it is the Kriya Tantra, not Kriya The Three Lamps of Kamala says: "Even if the meaning is the same, there is no confusion, many methods without difficulty, relying on sharp faculties, the mantra vehicle is particularly superior." Furthermore, there is the characteristic of quickly attaining supreme and common siddhis merely through empowerment, as the Secret Treasury Tantra says: "If the empowerment is proper and complete, one will receive empowerment in every lifetime. From the seventh lifetime onwards, one will become enlightened without practice." The Guhyasamaja Tantra says: "Sentient beings with heinous sins, such as the five heinous crimes, the great ocean of the Vajra Vehicle, this supreme vehicle is accomplished." Also, the same tantra says: "By relying on all desired enjoyments, one will quickly achieve accomplishment." Like that. If we consider the content to be expressed, among the four great tantra classes, Kriya Tantra, on top of the paths described in the sutras, only has the empowerment of water and crown, and inviting the deity of the front generation, making offerings, binding with vows, and transforming the mind with mantras.
