When the teacher touched him with one finger of his left hand, all his physical strength was lost, and he fell there. After that, he humbled his pride and became a yogi. He practiced asceticism by eating little food, and for twelve years he meditated on the union of cyclic existence and nirvana, thereby bringing the supreme accomplishment under his control. In a non-Buddhist place in the region of Saurashtra, there were about five hundred Brahmins and wanderers. He went there to beg for alms, but they laughed and insulted him. There, he repeatedly said, "Nidra Avali" (Sanskrit: निद्रा अवालि, nidrā avāli, meaning "Sleep come!"), and as a result, they all fell asleep and did not wake up for seven days. After that, others asked him to undo the power, and he snapped his fingers, and everyone woke up. After that, they were amazed and prostrated at the feet of the teacher Mahila, entered Buddhism, and many of them attained accomplishments. The third was Dhamapa, from the region of Maharashtra. He was initially a learned Brahmin. After that, he came to the teacher, and the lama also gave him empowerment and blessed his lineage. He initially saw the Blessed One Yamantaka. After gaining some power, he became the immediate attendant of the teacher Caryapa. When the lamas went and resided with each other, Dhama-ma, that is, the one who beats the round drum, did so for a long time, and therefore he was known as Dhamapa. After a long time had passed, once while meditating, a white skull appeared in front of him. When he picked it up, he found that it was filled with various impure substances. Without any conceptual thought, he ate it, and as a result, he was able to pass through walls without obstruction and was able to travel hundreds of yojanas in an instant. Later, he attained the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra. The fourth was Dhumapa, who in the local language is called Eastern Rara. In Sanskrit, he is called the region of Radha, and he was born there. His caste was the son of a merchant. After ordaining in a certain place, he received empowerment from a Chenrezig yogi and then meditated. When he saw the teacher Caryavajra and his retinue coming on the road, he developed faith and followed behind. Once, when he went to prostrate at the feet of the teacher, [the teacher asked,] "Do you practice Chenrezig?"

He said, "Have you meditated?" He replied, "I have meditated." He said, "Then do you wish to see the face of the deity?" He replied, "I wish to." He said, "Then look at this," and pointed with his finger. When he looked, he saw the five noble deities shining brightly in the sky. He was so happy that he danced. For many days, he remained in a single session of samadhi. When he awoke, it is said that he attained the siddhi of swift feet. This one was also a servant of the great master, who blinded one eye and beat drums and cymbals, and did many activities of playing wind instruments. Based on the sound of the music, his name became known as Dhuma-pa. It is also said that he attained the supreme accomplishment by meditating on the yoga of Vajra Nairatmya. In any case, it is said that he attained accomplishment by relying on the Hevajra Tantra. The great master took him and Dhuma from the time he subdued King Gobo Chandra. These two, Dhama and Dhuma, served only as attendants and servants for many years. Once, in a small place near Oddiyana, there was a king with wrong views who believed that there were no past or future lives. The two of them went to that king. He said, "Since there are no past or future lives, it is wrong for you yogis to practice." The two masters said, "There is a past life. In a previous life, you, the king, were born as an outcaste. At that time, because there was no heir, all the gold was hidden in this mountain, marked with such and such a sign. Dig it up, and you will remember your past life." The king did as he was told and remembered his past life. The king was converted to the Dharma. Initially, he was able to stiffen fierce creatures such as poisonous snakes, wild animals, and thieves, and he was able to control them. This was a sign of accomplishment. Later, when the great master subdued King Rola of Bengal, both Dhama and Dhuma transformed into rainbow bodies. That was not just an ordinary accomplishment, but a supreme accomplishment. Later, when the great master passed away, the two of them appeared and sang songs of sorrow. After that, they also dispelled the sorrow of the yogis. Because they taught the essential instructions to many fortunate ones, many were liberated in their continuums. They remained visible to people for several years. The fifth, Bhadrapa, was the most excellent of all the disciples. When the master Krishnacharya went to the land of Kalinga, the land of
