He immediately disappeared. At that time, that lone yogi was a disciple of the lineage of Jalandharipa. He called out to and prayed to the teacher Jalandharipa. One day, a traveling monk came to that place. When he was also there, they told the previous story. After a while, that traveling monk said nothing. When night fell, flesh-eating dakinis and rakshasas appeared. Each one bound and carried away one person, placed them in the place of the Matrika, and began to devour them. That traveling monk said "Phaṭ (ཕཱ་ཊ་, Sanskrit: phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, meaning 'severance')" and danced, causing the dakinis and rakshasas to faint and fall. The Matrika's support also split into three pieces. There, the teacher commanded that no harm should be done to sentient beings in the future. That traveling monk appeared as the accomplished Jalandharipa. It is said that all five hundred merchants became yogis and meditated, and eventually all five hundred attained siddhis. It is said that the teacher spent about three years there, going to the southern region. It seems that there were many teachings given at that time as well. Later, in the western region of Maru, there was a teacher named Jñana Gupta, who was teaching the Dharma to many followers. At that time, a wonderful yogi appeared. When asked who he was, he said, "I am Jalandharipa." Many questions were asked with the mind, and he answered all of them quickly. Therefore, believing him, they requested to follow him. He gave them a skull filled with Vairochana. Teacher Jñana Gupta accepted it without any conceptualization, and he immediately vanished. There, the Sangha prayed again and again. He stayed there for about three months and showed them the subsequent teachings. After that, from monks to male and female lay practitioners, there were about a thousand in total. Because all of them had become vessels of the Vajrayana, he said to them, "You should practice secretly for three years. After three years, all of you should live by the conduct of mantra, living comfortably. All of you will attain siddhis." Having said this, he disappeared. Then, from the east, six yogis and the teacher Jalandharipa

Having heard that he was residing somewhere and teaching the Dharma, they came to that temple. But the teacher had already left and was not there. Again, after erecting a mound of earth there and praying, after six months the teacher actually appeared and bestowed teachings and subsequent teachings. After seven days, a Shravaka monk named Sendhapa came there. Those who enjoy debate, those who are true monks, those who are old, do not teach these to them. Having said this, he disappeared. Many Shravaka monks Sendhapa came to that temple and resided there. After three years, the previous monks, through the practice of mantras, traveled and went to other places, and the Shravakas completely slandered them. However, before long, everyone attained some kind of accomplishment, and the rumors were not false. Those six yogis attained the deathless accomplishment. It is said that the oldest was Bibhutidasa. He also came to Tibet, and Buton Rinpoche also asked him for Dharma. It is said that the teacher will come to the human world four more times. Among the disciples of this teacher, those who attained accomplishment, like the sun and moon, are widely known. The first to appear was the Black Practitioner, and later came Sangye Yeshe Zhabs. In addition, there are the great accomplished Tantipa, the small Virupa, King Bhartara, Gobichandra, and so on, an endless number of widely known people. At this time, the teacher's excellent disciple, in the later tantra of the Kalachakra, prophesied: "He who holds the khatvanga and bone ornaments, the wine vessel, and the hand drum, is named the Black Practitioner." Regarding the history of the Black Practitioner, the former Tibetans said that he was born in the Karna region, and even now in the colloquial language of the Indian yogis, they say that he was born in Vidyanagara. Because Vidyanagara and Karna are adjacent places, the former saying is just an Indian colloquialism. It is said that his caste is Brahmin, and this is also how it is circulated in Indian colloquial language. The former Tibetans said that he was of the royal family, but the teacher himself said in his Doha: "The Brahmin's son who goes groping." It clearly indicates that he is of the Brahmin caste, and even if interpreted in terms of inner meaning, it is a sign that is consistent with the outer.
