I also established many Dharma foundations at the Tsawa Sum Temple and other places. Around the end of King Mahipala's life, Pito Acharya invited the Kalachakra Tantra and made it flourish during this king's time. There was the logician Gyenkhyenpo, namely Yeshe Jungne, who appeared. There were also the yogi Padma Chakyu, the great Jetari, Nakpo Damtsik Dorje, and Acharya Thagana, among others. Pito Acharya's history is detailed elsewhere. His disciple, Dudhor Zhap, also appeared to have emerged during this king's time. After this king passed away, his son-in-law Shamu Pala ruled for twelve years. Regarding Acharya Jetari: Previously, when King Vanapala was ruling, a small kingdom called Sanatana appeared in eastern Varandra. He had a queen who was excellent in appearance and intelligence. The king valued her highly, even placing her on a golden turtle during bathing, hiding her from others. Later, in return for the Brahmin teacher Nyingpo Zhap bestowing the secret gathering initiation, the king offered the queen, horses, gold, elephants, and many other things to him. At another time, she gave birth to Nyingpo Zhap's son, who had a good name. At the age of seven, he was sent to a Brahmin school to learn to read. One day, the other Brahmin children beat him, saying he was of low caste. When asked why, they said, "Your father is a Buddhist mantra practitioner who puts low-caste monks first and mixes castes indiscriminately during offerings." He was bullied a lot because of this, and he went home crying. When his father asked him what had happened, he told him. The father said, "Then we must suppress them." So he gave him the Manjushri initiation and allowed him to practice. After nearly a year, the clarity of his samadhi increased, and signs of accomplishment appeared, with the inside and outside of the hut being covered with red and yellow light.
