He also knew how to paint. Some people saw someone eating meat from the window. When the monks started to object, those animals were revived again, and with more strength than before, they went out. They invited him to stay with offerings and respect, but he did not stay and abandoned the signs of ordination. He departed with the conduct of Ucchusma (Tibetan: ཨུ་ཙུཥྨའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:). In a certain place in the south, there was a dispute between the inner and outer parties. When they competed in power, the Buddhists were unable to do so. When the teacher arrived there, something unwashed struck his body, and he saw it boiling and knew that he had gained power. He requested to compete in power with the heretics, and he agreed. There, the heretics drew a large mandala of powdered colors in the sky. At that very moment, a strong wind blew, carrying the mandala and the heretics to the other side of a river. All those who favored the heretics were also carried away. The king and others who were devoted to Buddhism were not harmed by the wind in any way, so the heretics were destroyed and the Dharma flourished. That place was also known as the place where the heretics were defeated. This comes from all reliable historical sources, so it must be believed. However, due to the power of time, the names of places have changed. Now it is not known which place it is. Furthermore, according to the history of the Tibetans, there were five hundred holders of strange views whose lives had ended. He took food by means of miracles and gave it to them, and led them to the Dharma. He also did the same for about a thousand Mutobas. It is said that he joined a battle in a great war and pacified the war by means of miracles. The Nalanda, who attained the supreme deity, is adorned with splendor, averts disputes, and subdues the strange, the beggars, the king, and the heretics. It is believed that these are seven wonderful stories. The omniscient spiritual friend was, a small son of a king of Kashmir, who was placed on the roof when he was a small child. When the mother went to pick flowers, the young son was carried away by an eagle and placed on top of a Gandhola of the glorious Nalanda in the central region. The Panditas took him down, raised him, and he became intelligent, until he became a holder of the Tripitaka.

Furthermore, by practicing the noble Tara, the venerable mother, she actually appeared and inexhaustible enjoyments arose. After giving everything away in charity, there came a time when there was not even a little something left to give. Thinking that if she stayed here, many beggars would have to leave empty-handed, she traveled far to the south. There, on the road, she met an old blind Brahmin being led by his son. When asked where they were going, they said, "In Nalanda, there is a wise friend called 'Sarvajna' (All-Knowing) who satisfies all beggars. We are going to beg from him." She said, "I am that person, and I have come here after exhausting all my possessions." Seeing that he was suffering greatly, she felt immeasurable compassion. She thought, "There is a king named Sarana who is very attached to wrong views and follows a malicious teacher. He has bought 108 people to offer in a fire sacrifice, thinking that if he does so, all their life and power will come to him, and it will also be a cause for liberation." Having thought this, he had found 107 people. Hearing that one more was missing, the teacher thought, "I will sell myself and help this Brahmin." So he said, "Do not be sad, I will go and get something." Then he asked if anyone in the city would buy a person, and the king bought him. As payment, gold equal to the teacher's weight was measured. The teacher gave the gold to the Brahmin, who left satisfied. After that, The teacher came before the king's throne. Those people said, "If you had not come, we might have had a chance of liberation, but now we will be burned immediately." They were in great distress. That night, in a wide open space, a pile of wood was stacked like a mountain, and the 108 people were tied in the middle. The teacher with wrong views performed the ritual. When all the wood was ablaze with fire, the 107 people cried out in their own voices. The teacher felt unbearable compassion and prayed earnestly to the noble Tara. The venerable mother appeared before him and streams of nectar flowed from her hands. To those people, it seemed that there was nothing anywhere else, but only rain as thick as a yoke falling on the burning fire.
