His name was changed to Mama Thara. After changing his attire, he composed the Mleccha (barbarian, referring to non-Buddhist) teachings that preach harm as dharma, and hid and entrusted it to the great demon Vishlimilli of the Asura race. Blessed by the demon, he also accomplished many vidya-mantras, such as victory in battle. At that time, in the land of Khorasan, there was a Brahmin girl who gathered many flowers every day, piled them up, and offered them to the gods, and also sold them to others. Once, a cat emerged from the middle of the flower pile and merged into her body, and she became pregnant. In due time, she gave birth to a strong boy. When he grew up, he beat all the children he played with and killed all living beings. There, the local official banished him to the forest. There, he also abused everyone he met, and some became his servants. He killed various wild animals and creatures in the forest, and gave the meat, bones, and skins to the people. Then, the king heard about this and investigated and questioned him. He said, 'I am not a Brahmin, nor am I a king, noble, or commoner, so no one has given me the dharma of caste.' Therefore, I beat others in anger. If there is someone who gives me the dharma of caste, I will do his work.' The king asked, 'Who is the one who gives you the dharma of caste?' He said, 'I will search for it myself.' In his dream, the demon prophesied that he would find the previously hidden scriptures. After reading it, he became convinced of it, thinking, 'Who can teach me like this?' The demon prophesied that he would meet Mama Thara and receive teachings. That was all it took for him to accomplish all the vidya-mantras. He, along with a thousand attendants, became a Mleccha sage named Baikhamapa. He went to a place near the city of the sky and preached false teachings to the Brahmins and royal families, thus giving rise to the royal families of Sita and Turushka. That teacher was known as Arngonya, and that is how the Mleccha religion originated. This is the story of the time when the noble Nagarjuna protected the teachings, which is the fifth chapter. Kings Aksha Chandra and Jaya Chandra ruled the kingdom under the sun, and their power was very great.

Taking the Three Jewels as the Lama, therefore, the seven with the name Chandra are counted. The son of Jaya Chandra, Nema Chandra; his son, Pani Chandra; his son, Bhamsa Chandra; his son, Sala Chandra, etc., are not counted among the seven or ten Chandras because their power was not very great. After that, not long after King Nema Chandra took the throne, the Brahmin Bushya Mitra, also known as the royal preceptor, who served the king, started a rebellion. When he was in power, an old female relative of the Brahmin went to Nalanda for some business. The sound of the bell being struck sounded like "Phattaya." When the Brahmin phonologists investigated, they found that it was the sound of "crushing the heads of the evil heretics." According to the historical records that appeared in Tibet in the past, this is the top of the Three Jewels, which is worshiped by gods, nagas, and sages. When this is struck, it crushes the heads of the immoral heretics. It is said that the sound of the bell sounds like "crushing," and the so-called "crushing" should be understood as the sound of many fragments breaking, which is the Chinese translation. If it is thought that the Tibetan word "crushing" appeared, and "crushing" is understood as drying, then it is ridiculous. At that time, the Brahmin king, the royal preceptor, and other heretics waged war, and many temples from the central region to Jalandhara were burned, and many learned monks were also killed. Most of them fled to other places, and after five years, he died in the north. Therefore, as it is said in the scriptures, the Buddha's teachings increase in the first five hundred years and decrease in the next five hundred years. Just before Nagarjuna propagated the Dharma in the central region, the propagation of the scriptures and the construction of temples increased, so it was a time of increase. When Nagarjuna was doing beneficial activities in the south, Islam began to rise, and when he was residing on Mount Palasha, the damage caused by the Brahmin king and the royal preceptor all showed that the beginning of the decline had begun. After that, King Pani Chandra ruled in Magadha. At that time, in a place called Kota in eastern Bengal, there was a king named Kota.
