Now everything is an illusion. Although the messenger was very dismayed when he came inside, he still presented the letter. The illusory king stepped on the letter and said: I am the king who rules the four continents. Why doesn't that foolish king listen to my orders? You go back and tell him that I command this: Now, if you do not come here to worship within seven days, if you do not come, you will be punished according to the law. After saying this, the messenger returned and described in detail what had happened. King Kapina was very frightened and regretful, but still wanted to test it out a little, and asked: Should I go with thirty-six thousand petty kings? Or should I go with half of them, please instruct me. Then the reply came: Go with half of the petty kings. Then, King Kapina, surrounded by eighteen thousand petty kings, came to Shravasti and appeared before the Blessed One, who manifested himself as a Chakravartin King. Then, he bowed and sat down. He thought: This king's appearance is very outstanding, I wonder what his power is like? So he said to the precious minister: You bestow the bow on the king of the golden land. When the minister bestowed the bow, the king could not even lift it with his hands, nor could he draw the string. Then, the illusory king took the bow in his hand, and just by drawing the string, the three thousand great thousand worlds shook. He shot an arrow, and the arrow turned into five, and countless rays of light came from the tip of the arrow. At the tip of each ray of light appeared a wheel the size of a lotus chariot wheel, and on each lotus appeared a Chakravartin King with various treasures. That light brought happiness to all sentient beings and showed boundless miracles. Then, King Kapina and his entourage all lost their arrogance and their hearts were filled with faith. The Blessed One withdrew the miracles and personally manifested the body of the Buddha, surrounded by the Sangha of monks, appearing in all directions, and preached the Dharma, so that all attained the stream-entry fruit. The great King Kapina requested to be ordained and receive the vows of a monk, and the Blessed One granted him the vows of a monk by saying "Welcome, monk."

Before being born, he had already attained the fruit of an Arhat. The third story is about establishing the householder Gadhacan in the truth: Again, in the country of Kausambi, there was a householder named Norzang who walked only on his feet and diligently worked. King Sharpa knew from the sound of his voice that he possessed a hundred thousand gold coins, so he named him Gadhacan and appointed him as a minister. Once, the king threatened him with punishment to test his mind, but he did not engage in improper work, so the king was very pleased and asked him what he needed. He said: Please allow me to do good deeds as I please. The king also agreed. At that time, about five hundred hermits came from the south to the central region. On the way, they were thirsty because there was no water, so they asked a tree for water. One with his right hand adorned with ornaments gave water from a golden vessel, and they drank to their fill and rested a little on the road. They had a question, so they returned and asked: By what karma were you born here? He said: I was once a craftsman who showed the house of Anathapindika to the beggars. There, they received a lot of food and drink. I rejoiced in their merit, so I was reborn as a god in the retinue of the Four Great Kings. The hermits came again, and being afflicted by hunger and thirst, they asked a tree for food. A voice came from the tree saying: In this direction there is a pond. There is food under the tree next to it, please enjoy it. They found it as instructed and ate and drank, feeling satisfied. They turned back a little and asked as before: Previously, I was a skilled worker in Anathapindika's garden, distributing yogurt to the Sangha. In order to obtain delicious food and drink, I took the vows of Uposatha and was able to keep the other precepts. But because others strongly urged me to eat, I could not keep the precept of not eating at the wrong time. If that Uposatha had not been broken, I would have been born in the Thirty-Three Heavens, but because of that food, I was born as a god in the retinue of the Four Great Kings. Then, the hermits discussed: Even if we abide in asceticism, we do not know what fruit we will get. This person is like that, we should go to Anathapindika, the householder from whom he received the Uposatha vows. Then, they gradually
