ང་བས་དགའོ། །དེ་ཕྱིན་ཆད་མ་ག་དྷའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ལ་གནོད་པ་དེ་ཞི་བས་བདེ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དོན་གཉིས་པ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཀ་པི་ན་བཏུལ་བ་ནི། ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེའི་ཚེ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་གསེར་གྱི་ས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཀ་པི་ན་ ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྲས་ཀ་པི་ན་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ལ་བཀོད་དེ། དེ་ནི་བླཽ་གསལ་བ་ཡིད་གཞུངས་པ། དཔའ་བ། བརྟུལ་ཕོད་པ། དམག་ཚོགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ཡོད་པ། ཕས་ཀྱི་རྒོལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུབ་པར་ནུས་པ། རྒྱལ་ཕྲན་ཁྲི་ཕྲག་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པ་ཡོད་དེ། འོན་ཀྱང་ཡུལ་དབུས་དང་འགྲུལ་བ་མེད་དོ། །སྐབས་དེའི་དམག་ཚོགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དམག་མི་སྡེ་ཚན་གྱི་ཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་རེའི་མིང་ངོ༌། །སྐབས་དེར་མཉན་ཡོད་ཀྱི་ཚོང་པ་འགའ་ཞིག་ཡུལ་དེར་ཕྱིན་ནས་རས་བཟང་པོ་ཡུག་ཆེན་བཞི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕུལ་བས། རྒྱལ་པོས་ཡུལ་དབུས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཞེས་དྲིས་པ་ན། ཡུལ་དབུས་ནི་མཉན་ཡོད་དང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །དེར་རྒྱལ་བོ་ཀ་པི་ན་ཆེན་པོས་བསམས་པ། ངས་ཡུལ་མཐའ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་བྱས་ན་དེ་རྣམས་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ང་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་དུ་མི་འོང༌། ད་ནི་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་མངའ་འོག་ཏུ་གཞུག་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ། ཡུལ་དབུས་ན་རྒྱལ་པོ་སུ་ཆེ་དྲིས་པས། མཉན་ཡོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེའོ་ཞེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེར་ཀ་པི་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་རྒྱལ་ལ་ཕོ་ཉ་བཏང་སྟེ། ངའི་མཐུ་དང་གཟི་བྱིན་གྱིས་ཛམྦུའི་གླིང་ན་གཏོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་ན། ཁྱོད་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཕོ་ཉ་ཡང་འགྲུལ་བར་མི་བྱེད། ད་སྟེ་ཞག་བདུན་ན་ང་དང་ཕྲད་པར་ཤོག་ཅིག གཞན་དུ་ན་དམག་དྲངས་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་མེད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་སོ། །དེར་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་རྒྱལ་ཆེས་སྐྲག་སྟེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་ན་བ་དེར་སོང་ནས་གཏམ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱས་པར་གསོལ་བ་ན། ཕོ་ཉ་བ་དེ་ངའི་དྲུང་དུ་སྲིངས་ཤིག་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར། རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་ཕོ་ཉ་བ་དེ་ལ། དབུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ནང་ནས་ཆེས་ཆེ་བ་ནི་ང་མ་ཡིན་གྱི། ཆེས་ཆེ་བའི་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞིག་འདི་དང་མི་རིང་བ་ན་བཞུགས་པས་དེའི་དྲུང་དུ་སོངས་ཤིག །དེའི་ཚེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཚལ་ནི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ཆེན་པོར་ སྤྲུལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཉིད་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང༌། མཽང་གལ་གྱི་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་བློན་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྣམ་པར་བྱས་ཤིང༌། ཇི་ལྟར་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་དཔུང་དང༌། གཡོག་དང༌། ལོངས་སྤྱོ

我甚欢喜。自此以后，摩揭陀的百姓所受的损害得以平息，变得安乐了。第二件事是调伏迦毗那国王：世尊又住在舍卫城。当时，南方名为金地的国家，迦毗那国王的儿子大迦毗那被立为国王。他聪明，心正直，勇敢，坚毅，拥有三万六千军队，能够战胜一切外敌，统治着三万六千小国。然而，他没有与中部地区往来。当时的“军队”指的是每个大部队的名称。当时，舍卫城的一些商人去了那个国家，向国王献上了四匹上好的丝绸。国王问道：“中部地区”是什么地方？回答说：“中部地区是舍卫城和王舍城等地。”于是，大迦毗那国王心想：“我既然已经征服了所有边境地区，为什么他们不来向我朝拜呢？现在也应该将他们置于我的统治之下。”他问道：“中部地区哪个国王最强大？”回答说：“舍卫城的国王最强大。”于是，迦毗那派使者去见光明国王，说：“我的力量和威严已经统治了赡部洲的一切，你为什么不派使者来往呢？现在，七天之内来见我，否则我就发兵灭掉你的国家。”光明国王非常害怕，去见世尊，详细地禀告了这一切。世尊说：“把那个使者带到我这里来。”光明国王也对使者说：“中部地区的国王中，最强大的不是我，而是离这里不远的，一位非常强大的幻化之王，你去见他吧。”当时，世尊将祇陀林幻化成转轮王的巨大宫殿。世尊自己化身为转轮王，大目犍连化身为珍宝大臣。就像统治四大部洲的转轮王的军队、侍从和受用一样。

At that time, in the southern country called the Land of Gold, the son of King Kapina, Great Kapina, was installed as king. He was intelligent, upright in mind, brave, resolute, had thirty-six thousand troops, was able to defeat all external enemies, and ruled over thirty-six thousand small kingdoms. However, he had no contact with the central region. At that time, the term "troops" referred to the name of each large division of the army. At that time, some merchants from Shravasti went to that country and offered four pieces of fine silk to the king. The king asked, "What is the 'central region'?" They replied, "The central region is Shravasti and Rajagriha, and so on." Then, Great King Kapina thought, "Since I have conquered all the border regions, why do they not come to pay homage to me? Now I should also bring them under my rule." He asked, "Which king is the most powerful in the central region?" They replied, "The king of Shravasti is the most powerful." Then, Kapina sent a messenger to King Prasenajit, saying, "My power and glory have dominion over everything belonging to Jambudvipa. Why do you not send messengers back and forth? Now, come to meet me within seven days, otherwise I will send troops and destroy your country." King Prasenajit was very frightened and went to where the Blessed One was and told him all the details. The Blessed One said, "Bring that messenger to me." King Prasenajit also said to the messenger, "Among the kings of the central region, the most powerful is not me, but a very powerful King of Illusion who resides not far from here. Go to him." At that time, the Blessed One transformed Jeta Grove into a great palace of a Chakravartin king. The Blessed One himself transformed into a Chakravartin king, and the Great Maudgalyayana transformed into a precious minister. Just like the army, attendants, and enjoyments of a Chakravartin king who rules over the four continents.
