Because it was called "Desire-taking" and fell into the mire, the queen Consort of Peace offered a golden necklace, the queen Consort of Blue Lotus and her daughter Tara offered clothes, the young prince Cowherd offered two horses, the minister offered a sword, and the Brahmin guide chose shoes. The elephant belonged to the king himself. Then, King Rabnang offered the kingdom to the venerable Katyayana and the Sangha, but it was not accepted. He offered half of the kingdom, which was to be enjoyed with the power of all desires, but it was not accepted. When he asked to offer the best of enjoyments and utensils, the son of Kata asked the Teacher from the temple of the Holy Kingdom. The Teacher aroused the worldly mind, and the command was given from Nyen Yod. Katyayana heard with his divine ear and made requests and responses. For the sake of compassion for future generations and for the increase of the patron's enjoyment, it is given to the Sangha, not to the individual. Enjoyment is towns and fields. The best of enjoyments are cattle and buffalo, and sheep, goats, and so on. Thus, he spoke, and the king offered many temples with abundant utensils, and enjoyments and the best of enjoyments to the Sangha of the four directions. At that time, the Blessed One prophesied, "Among my lay followers, the best who first offered the Sangha with the power of all desires is Rabnang." The best of those who offer food is Zukchen Nyingpo, the best of those who offer lodging is Gonme Zesjin, and the best of those who build temples is the householder Zangden. So he also said. The five best things that the tyrannical king Rabnang possessed were those mentioned above, and the five best attendants were the elephant named Mud Lotus Mountain, which could travel a hundred yojanas in a day, the elephant mother named Zangden, which could travel eighty yojanas in a day, the camel named Sea Foot, which could travel seventy yojanas in a day, the horse named Garment Neck, which could travel fifty yojanas in a day, and the messenger crow named Kwata, which could travel twenty yojanas in a day. Thus, for the time being, according to the Hinayana tradition, in the city of Holy Kingdom, the Teacher did not actually tread with his feet.

Therefore, sending the venerable Katyayana there became the actual work of the Teacher, and it is one of the categories of great deeds. Therefore, it is recorded here. Thirty-sixth, the birth of the householder Agnikumara: Again, the Blessed One was staying in Rajagriha. There was a householder named Bhadraka who was very wealthy and particularly devoted to the naked heretics. At that time, when the Teacher went to that house for alms, the Teacher prophesied to the householder's pregnant wife: "She will give birth to a son who will illuminate the lineage, experience the wealth of gods and humans, and, having renounced in my teaching, will attain Arhatship." Then, he filled his bowl with excellent food and offered alms. When the Teacher returned, the naked ones thought, "Our patron has been seduced by Gautama." So they went and asked, and the householder told them as before. Those naked ones took stones and calculated, and although they knew it was true, they thought, "If we say this is a true prophecy, these people will have even more faith in the ascetic Gautama." So they said, "It is true that he will give birth to a son and illuminate the lineage, because what illuminates is fire, so soon after birth, the house will be burned down by fire. It is not true that he will experience the wealth of gods and humans, because humans cannot experience the wealth of gods. Renunciation is true, because he will renounce because he has nothing to eat. It is not true that he will become an Arhat, let alone his Shravakas, since Gautama himself is not an Arhat." Then, the householder Bhadraka became unhappy and gave his wife medicine to abort the pregnancy, but because that being was in his last existence, it not only did not harm him, but benefited and grew him. Even when the mother's abdomen was massaged with fists, he dodged back and forth. When the woman screamed, the neighbors asked, and she said she was giving birth. Then, fearing that others would hear the screams, she went to a secluded forest and rubbed the woman's abdomen excessively, causing the woman to die. Then, they carried the corpse home and said that Bhadraka's wife had died, and then carried it to the cool grove cemetery.
