ད་ཅན་གཅེར་བུའམ། བེར་ནག་པོ་གསོལ་བ་འདམ་ཀ་ཡིན་པས་གང་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱང་ཆོགདེའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་རཾ་དང་བྷྱོཿསྤྲོས་ཏེ་གཡས་གཡོན་དུ་འཁོད་པ་ལས། གཡས་སུ་ལས་ཀྱི་མགོན་པོ་སྤུ་གྲི་ཆིག་ཞུར་གྱི་སྐབས་བཞིན་བསྐྱེད། གཡོན་དུ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་རལ་གྲི་དང་ཐོད་ཁྲག་ཐོགས་པ་བསྐྱེད། གནས་གསུམ་བྱིན་རླབས། ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་སྤྱན་འདྲེན། དབང་བསྐུར་རྒྱས་བཏབ། དམ་བཞག་རྣམས་བྱས་ལ། བཟླས་པའི་ཚེ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་གུ་ཎ་ཧྲི་ད་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཏྲཀྴད་མཧཱ་ཀ་ལ་སིདྡྷི་ཏྲི་ཡཾ་དུ་ཛཿཛཿ ཞེས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མགོན་པོ་དང་ལས་མགོན་གྱི་སྔགས་སྦྲེལ་ནས་བཟླ། ཨོཾ་རོ་རུ་རོ་རུ་ཙ་པ་ལ་མ་ཧཱུཾ་མ་བྷྱོཿཛཿཛཿ ཞེས་ལྷ་མོའི་སྔགས་ཀྱང་བཟླས་ལ། མཆོད་གཏོར་འབུལ་བ་དང༌། རྗེས་གནང་གི་བྱ་བ་ནི། སྤུ་གྲི་ ཆིག་ཞུར་གྱི་སྐབས་དང་འདྲ་ཞིང༌། བསྟོད་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མགོན་པོ་ལ། སྲིན་གཟུགས་མ་བྱེད། བཟླས་ལུང་གི་སྐབས་སྔགས་གསུམ་ཆར་སྦྲེལ་ནས་ལུང་སྟེར་རོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་འཕྲིན་ལས་པར། །རྒྱུད་སྡེ་ཀུན༵་དུ་དག༵འ་བར་བསྔགས། །སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྨད་བྱུང་བའི། །སྙིང༵་པོ༵་ལ་ནི་ཉེ་བར་མཁོ། །དཔལ་མགོན་པོ་ཏྲཀྴད་གྲི་གུག་སྔགས་སྒྲུབ་མར་གྲགས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ལེ་ཚན་ནོ།། །།མངྒ་ལཾ། ། མགོན་པོ་ཏྲཀྴད་རྐང་ཐང་མར་གྲགས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། ཨོཾསྭཱ་སྟི། ཤཱཀྱའི་ཏོག་ལ་གུས་བཏུད་ནས། །གང་དེའི་བཀའ་ཡི་འཕྲིན་ལས་པ། །རྨད་བྱུང་ནག་པོ་ལ་བཏུད་ནས། །གང་དེའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་བཤད་པར་བྱ། །མཆོད་གཏོར་སོགས་སྤྱི་དང་མཐུན་པར་བཤམས། གསང་བདག་གམ་དཔལ་མགོན་པོ་གྲི་གུག་གི་བདག་བསྐྱེད་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་བསྐྱེད་པ་སྤུ་གྲི་ཆིག་ཞུར་དང་འདྲ་བ་ལས། ཡཾ་རཾ་ཀེཾ་རཾ་བྷྲཱུཾ་ལས་རླུང༌། ཁྲག་མཚོ། ཀེང་རུང་ཀྱི་རི་རབ། མེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་ཐོད་མཁར་རོ། །ས་བོན་རཾ་དམར་ནག་ལས་གཙོ་བོར་བསྐྱེད་པ། སེང་ཞོན་གྱི་སྐབས་དང་འདྲ་བ་ལས། བམ་ཆེན་བསྣོལ་བའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པའོ། །ཞེས་བརྗོད། འཁོར་བསྐྱེད་པ་ནི། རཾ་བདུན་ལས་མོན་མོ་བདུན། སྐུ་མདོག་ནག་མོ་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ཆས་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ། གྲི་གུག་དང་ཐོད་པ་འཛིན་པ། སྤྲུལ་པ་ཁྱི་མོ་བདུན་ལས་ཤེས་རབ་གསལ་ཁྱི་གདོང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་ཞགས་པ་འཛིན་པ། གཞན་རྣམས་ཁྱི་ནག་གི་གཟུགས་ ཅན ཤེལ་གསེར་ཟངས་གཡུ་དུང་བསེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིག་ཅན་ནོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀ་རུ་ཎི་ཛ་ཛ་ཧཱུཾ་གིས་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་དབང་བསྐུར་སོག

現在裸身或者，穿黑色斗篷由你選擇，隨意即可。從其心間生出རཾ་（藏文，ram，राम，火種子字）和བྷྱོཿ（藏文，bhyoḥ，भ्योः，空性種子字），在左右兩側安住。右側如獨髻髮橛金剛橛法一樣生起事業怙主。左側生起持刀和顱血的黑天母。進行三處加持。迎請智慧尊。圓滿灌頂。做好誓言。念誦時，念誦「嗡 班雜 瑪哈嘎拉 ഗുണ ഹྲി ദാ 吽 啪（藏文，嗡wèng 班bān 雜zá 瑪mǎ 哈hā 嘎gā 拉lā 古gǔ 納nà 赫利hè 達dá 吽hōng 啪pā）」。「嗡 瑪哈嘎拉 札恰 瑪哈嘎拉 悉地 札雅 杜 雜 雜（藏文，嗡wèng 瑪mǎ 哈hā 嘎gā 拉lā 札zhá 恰qià 瑪mǎ 哈hā 嘎gā 拉lā 悉xī 地dì 札zhá 雅yǎ 杜dù 雜zá 雜zá）」這樣將智慧怙主和事業怙主的咒語連接起來念誦。念誦「嗡 羅汝 羅汝 匝巴拉 瑪 吽 瑪 བྷྱོཿ 雜 雜（藏文，嗡wèng 羅luó 汝rǔ 羅luó 汝rǔ 匝zā 巴bā 拉lā 瑪mǎ 吽hōng 瑪mǎ བྷྱོཿ雜zá 雜zá）」這樣的天母咒語。供養食子等，後續的行為是，與獨髻髮橛金剛橛法相同。讚頌智慧怙主時，不要做食肉鬼形象。念誦傳承時，將三個咒語全部連接起來給予傳承。諸佛事業之本性，於諸續部皆讚歎，此甚深妙成就法，實為心要之近道。吉祥怙主札恰，此乃名為彎刀咒成就法之章節。吉祥！ 名為怙主札恰立姿像之成就法。 嗡 斯瓦斯地。恭敬頂禮釋迦頂髻後，頂禮彼之教令事業者，奇妙黑尊後，將宣說彼之成就法。供品食子等如共同儀軌陳設。先行秘密主或吉祥怙主彎刀之自生起。面前生起壇城如獨髻髮橛金剛橛法。從ཡཾ་（藏文，yam，यं，風種子字）རཾ་（藏文，ram，राम，火種子字）ཀེཾ་（藏文，kem，के，顱器種子字）རཾ་（藏文，ram，राम，火種子字）བྷྲཱུཾ་（藏文，bhrūṃ，भ्रूं，忿怒尊種子字）生起風，血海，剛榮山，火輪之上為顱器之城。從種子字རཾ་（藏文，ram，राम，火種子字）紅色黑色生起主尊，如騎獅者之儀軌，說道：安住於大屍墊之上。生起眷屬是，從七個རཾ་（藏文，ram，राम，火種子字）生起七個門母，身色黑色，以八種屍林裝飾，持彎刀和顱器。七個化身犬母中，智慧明犬面持金剛杵和繩索，其他都是黑狗的形象，具有水晶、黃金、紅銅、綠松石、海螺、犀牛角等眼睛。以「嗡 誒 嘿 誒 嘿 瑪哈嘎拉 嘎汝尼 雜 雜 吽（藏文，嗡wèng 誒ēi 嘿hēi 誒ēi 嘿hēi 瑪mǎ 哈hā 嘎gā 拉lā 嘎gā 汝rǔ 尼ní 雜zá 雜zá 吽hōng）」迎請智慧尊，灌頂等。
