Meditate on the protective wheel and recite "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Raksha Raksha Svaha" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे रक्ष रक्ष स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture rakṣa rakṣa svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Savioress, Swift Savioress, Great Savioress, Protect, Protect, Svaha) about one million times. Then, spend about seven days diligently practicing the recitation of the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra. During these times, bathing and maintaining cleanliness are very important. The main practice is: draw an eight-petaled lotus on a square platform. On it, place three white vases filled with pure water mixed with vase medicine, and decorate the mouths of the vases with branches of trees like fir trees. If available, hang a tsakali on it. Even without a tsakali, it is fine. Above, erect a blue silk umbrella, and surround it with offerings. Also display a painted image of Tara and three white tormas. Recite Amrita (Sanskrit: अमृत, amṛta, literal Chinese meaning: immortality) and dispel obstacles. According to circumstances, perform the self-generation of White Tara's generation stage and recitation. Purify the arrangement in front through emptiness by Svabhava. Visualize the vase transforming into Mount Meru, with a wish-fulfilling tree adorned at its peak, its branches full of leaves, flowers, and fruits. On Mount Meru, on a lotus and moon cushion, is the goddess Shramanera, blue in color, peaceful and graceful, seated elegantly on Mount Meru. She is adorned with silk and precious jewels. Her right hand holds a mirror or a whisk, and her left hand holds a branch of the wish-fulfilling tree. On her forehead is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), on her throat is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and in her heart is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From there, light radiates. Offer with Argham and other offerings. Strongly pray for the fulfillment of wishes. Visualize offering to the goddess, and place clean flowers into the vase. Recite "Om Shramanera Pishachi Ni Muni Svaha" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎ་པི་ཤ་ཙི་ནི་མུཎྜེ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्रमण पिशाची नी मुण्डे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ śramaṇa piśācī nī muṇḍe svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Shramanera, flesh-eating ghost, Ni, Muni, Svaha) as much as possible. At the end of the session, offer the first torma: "Om Shramanera Pishachi Idam Balinta Khakha Khahi Khahi" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎ་པི་ཤ་ཙི་ཨི་དམ་བཱ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्रमण पिशाची इदं बलिन्त ख ख खाही खाही, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ śramaṇa piśācī idaṃ balinta kha kha khāhi khāhi, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Shramanera, flesh-eating ghost, this torma, eat, eat, eat). Recite seven times. Offer the second to the Dharma protectors, and the third to the local deities. During breaks, continue to recite without interruption, especially recite strongly before going to sleep. Accomplishment of the retreat will be achieved in seven days, and one will be able to predict most things about oneself and others, including lifespan, past and future lives, and so on. If it is not accomplished, it is because of too much defilement, so perform a bathing ritual and confession, and then practice again for seven days. If the retreat of Tara has been done beforehand, it is said that it is impossible not to achieve accomplishment within twenty-one days. It is said that when practicing this, one should observe all the precepts mentioned in the Kriya Tantra, avoid contact with people and dogs, and do not

Regarding food, it is important to avoid offering food and unclean food. This does not require permission; it can be accomplished with just the transmission. It is widely said that this practice is profound. Because it is spoken of in the tantras, the wise rejoice. This is the essence of accomplishing prophecies, and others find it amazing. This concludes the section on the practice of the goddess Shramanai. May it flourish and increase! The Sadhana of the Blue Lion-Faced Dakini Om Svasti. Having paid homage to the fearless-faced Dakini, the powerful and glorious one blessed by all the Buddhas, I will briefly write the sadhana and its sequence. Refuge, Bodhicitta, the Four Immeasurables. The continuous confessions arising from the Gur are done in accordance with the general practice. Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham. From emptiness, from the syllable E arises a Dharma-origin triangle, dark blue-black, vast and deep, with a swirling garland of flames. In its center, from Pam arises a great lotus, and from Ram a sun upon which resides the heart of a corpse, in the heart of which is the essence of one's own mind, the syllable Hum, dark blue. From it, light radiates, utterly destroying all enemies, obstructors, evil influences, and sorceresses. Bad omens and all harms are burned. Again, it gathers and dissolves into the Hum, completely transforming. From that, oneself arises as the wisdom Dakini, the Lion-Faced One, with a body the color of dark blue-black, a body so large that it pervades the three realms. Limbs and minor limbs are hard and firm. Utterly wrathful, the lion face is open, the tongue curled, and the fangs bared. Poisonous breath billows like a mist, and there are three eyes, red and round. The beard, eyebrows, and hair are reddish-yellow, burning like fire, with some hanging down. The right hand holds a vajra chopper, brandishing it in the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart. In the crook of the elbow is a khatvanga, from which hang a damaru and a trident. The left leg is extended in a half-lotus dancing posture. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth and an upper garment sewn from human skin and ox hide. The head is adorned with dry skulls, and there are snake and bone ornaments, and a garland of human heads. Decorated with drops of blood, drawings in grease, and heaps of great ashes. Residing in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. All the gatherings of millions of billions of Dakinis also hold various weapons in their right hands, and their left hands are the same as the main deity. Lion
