Homage to the lord of great compassion, Who holds the name of great compassion, Based on that, I will write the method of practice, Brief, concise, and very clear. With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, perform the seven-branch offering as much as possible. Even without a condensed ritual is fine. It is in accordance with the general meaning of the four immeasurables. Purify with स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, meaning: self-nature) into emptiness. From within emptiness, from བཾ (Tibetan: པཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, seed syllable) arises an eight-petaled lotus, in the center of which, from ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, seed syllable) arises a moon disc, upon which is the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, seed syllable) emitting light. The light gathers, and in the center of the golden lotus is marked with Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, seed syllable). From this, emanates immeasurable light like iron hooks and lassos. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dissolve into it, completely transforming, oneself becomes Noble Avalokiteśvara. White like the autumn moon, with eleven faces, the root face being white, the right side green, the left side red. Above that, three faces, green, red, white. Above that, three faces, red, white, green. These are all peaceful faces, with a charming appearance. Above that is a wrathful face, black, with yellow hair standing on end. Above that is the face of Amitabha Buddha, red, with a crown protuberance. The first pair of root hands are joined in prayer at the heart, the second right hand holds a rosary, the third makes the supreme giving mudra, from the palm flows nectar, relieving the hunger and thirst of pretas. The fourth holds a Dharma wheel. The second left hand holds an eight-petaled white lotus, the third holds a vase, the fourth holds a bow and arrow. The remaining nine hundred and ninety-two hands are all extended in the gesture of supreme giving. In the palm of each hand is an eye. Standing with both feet in equal stance. Wearing newly made lower garments, with a deer skin covering the left breast, adorned with all precious ornaments, possessing all the marks and signs, with a body radiating immeasurable light. On the forehead is ཨོཾ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, seed syllable), at the throat is ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, seed syllable), at the heart is ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, seed syllable). In the center of the heart, on the moon disc, is the syllable Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, seed syllable), from which light radiates. From the self-existing abode, and from the southern Potala Mountain, Noble Avalokiteśvara is surrounded by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Offer with ओं सर्व तथागत आर्य अवलोकिते अर्घं (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨཱཪྱ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཨརྒྷཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं सर्व तथागत आर्य अवलोकिते अर्घं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata ārya avalokite arghaṃ, Om, all Tathagatas, noble Avalokiteshvara, offering water) etc. up to शब्द (Tibetan: ཤཔྟ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: शब्द, Sanskrit Romanization: śabda, sound). Again, light radiates, the five families of deities Offer with अर्घं (Tibetan: ཨརྒྷཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अर्घं, Sanskrit Romanization: arghaṃ, offering water) etc. up to Sanskrit Romanization: śabda, sound). Place a yellow torma on each of the four intermediate petals. Make one deceased torma. Arrange the three-part torma and Naga torma, etc., as appropriate. Arrange the offerings as conveniently as possible. Since self-generation precedes, the blessing of the offerings is the same as the general ritual. Purify the front generation. From emptiness, from the HRIḤ (HRIḤ, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, seed syllable) in one's own heart, the BHRŪṂ (BHRŪṂ, भ्रूं, bhrūṃ, seed syllable) is emitted, descending to the place of the front generation. A square palace with four doors and four horse stables, in the center with all qualities complete, and moon cushions in the four directions of the eight-petaled lotus. In the center, the white HRIḤ (HRIḤ, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, seed syllable) syllable completely transforms into the Noble Avalokiteshvara.
