With these harmonious vow substances, may the fierce vows of the great black one and retinue be fulfilled, and may the sickness, evil spirits, and wickedness of myself, the yogi, and retinue be pacified! May glory, wealth, and fame increase, and may life and enjoyment increase! May all beings, human and non-human, be completely and entirely brought under control! Protector, Oath, Hūṃ, the sky-like body support is a long trumpet, surrounded by beautiful parasols. Protector, Oath, may all the transgressions of the yogi be fulfilled, grant power and accomplishment. With this complete and harmonious samaya substance, fulfill the oath of the glorious Protector. O auspicious black one, O great blood drinker, O singular mother goddess, O black worker, O messenger who abides by the command, when you have fulfilled your oath, grant me the two kinds of accomplishments, strike down enemies and spirits. Hūṃ, from the realm of pure nature, the manifestation of great compassion, the terrifying form arising from the unborn state, fulfill the oath of the glorious Protector. The supreme substances for fulfilling the oath are: the white fat of a black demon sheep, the black garuda with golden eyes, the mixture of the five amritas, and the great red ocean of blood, the heroes intoxicated with wine, pills mixed with various medicines, the powder of the five precious substances, the feast of food offerings, the fierce triangular torma, the offering of red meat and blood, the offering of five-colored silk banners, and the sounds of various musical instruments, with these I worship the glorious Protector and his retinue. With this pleasing samaya substance offering, fulfill the oath of the glorious Protector. Forgive whatever transgressions have been committed, give thanks for the good deeds done before, now offer the excellent golden drink. With this samaya substance golden drink offering, fulfill the strong oath of the glorious Protector and his retinue. In order to protect the Buddha's teachings, fulfill the oath of the Dharma-protecting Protector. In order to accomplish the activities of the Victorious Ones, O auspicious black one, in order to avert the war of the Asura armies, O great and glorious god, in order to firmly protect the samaya, O yogi enemy god, in order to accomplish the entrusted activities, O vidyadhara protector, in order to quickly display miraculous powers, O messenger worker, the five desirable offerings, and the ocean of nectar of dzag, radishes, turnips, jambu, the great torma of red meat and blood, and the heart, entrails, and five senses of the two slain enemies and obstructors, bones, marrow, and brains.
