Second, the right hand holds the victory banner to destroy opposition, the left hand holds a mongoose to grant accomplishments. Adorned with jewels, may the retinue flourish. The sun and moon on the shoulders bestow life and wealth. Vaishravana, please arise from the center. For the sake of subjugation, averting war, increasing enjoyment, as well as taming, manifesting wisdom, liberating the ten bhumis, and increasing life and harvest, may the eight horse lords arise from the cardinal and intermediate directions. May the eight great nagas residing in the middle of the retinue, along with hundreds of thousands of naga retinues, arise. May hundreds of millions of yakshas at the end of the retinue, as well as the hosts of messengers such as the eight classes of gods and demons, holding various weapons, arise. For the sake of accomplishing the supreme activity of eliminating poverty, from the supreme sacred place of the immeasurable palace, to this place generated by my devotion, please always come here with your retinue. Having come, please accomplish the supreme activity. Thus it is said. After all the protectors have come, perform the torma ritual to dispel external obstacles as in the ritual. The second point, offering and then offering the torma, should also be done as in the torma ritual. Mind (Tibetan, ཐུགས༴) Torma (Tibetan, ནཻ་བེ་ཏྱ༴) Great drums, bells, cymbals, and the beautiful sound of conch shells and flutes, the sound of yogis calling out with devotion, various beautiful musical instruments are offered to the ears. Mind (Tibetan, ཐུགས༴) Sound (Tibetan, ཤཔྟ༴) Praising with a condensed praise like the Torma ritual. Seventh, dedicating the Torma of the followers, here from the Torma dedication of the Four-Faced One up to the Torma of the Landlord, as well as the Vajra Song and Auspicious Prayer, etc., should be performed. Transform into nectar with "Om Amrite Hum Phat (Tibetan, ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།)". Accomplish the desired meaning with "Om Ah Karo Mukham Sarva Dharma Nam Adya Nut Pannatvad (Tibetan, ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་ཎཾ་ཨ་དྱཱ་ནུཏྤནྣ་ཏྭད།) Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha (Tibetan, ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།)". Obtain with "Nama Sarva Tathagata Avalokite Om Sambhara Sambhara Hum (Tibetan, ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཨོཾ་སམྦྷ་ར་སམྦྷ་ར་ཧཱུཾ།)". Equally obtain with "Om Ruru Spuru Jwala Tishta Siddhi Lochani Sarva Artha Sadhane Svaha (Tibetan, ཨོཾ་རུ་རུ་སྤུ་རུ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཏིཥྛ་སིདྡྷི་ལོ་ཙ་ནི་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ།)". Thus. The visualization and mudras of these are the same as the common ones. By the power of my thought, and the power of the Tathagata's generosity, and the power of the Dharmadhatu, whatever meanings are thought of, may all of them, as appropriate, be accomplished without obstruction. Thus speak the power of truth. Then recite as follows: Hum, with faith and commitment, come forth, glorious Mahakala, before Vajradhara, as promised by the vow, in this blessed place, in order to accomplish the four activities, without forgetting the promised vow, please invite Mahakala to descend. Hum, although not moving from the nature of Dharma, manifesting the form of a Dharma protector to protect the teachings, Mahakala, the greatly powerful one, when the time is ripe, please come to the activity. Hum, Mahakala and his retinue, in this fiercely burning mandala, please look upon the fierce activity.
