་བུ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་གྱིས་འཇིགས་མེད་པ། །ཀ་ཏའི་བུ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཉན་ཐོས་སྦྱངས་པའི་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ། །འོད་སྲུང་ལ་ཡང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྐྱོབ་པ་ཡི་ནི་དབང་གྱུར་པ། །ཀོ་དི་ནྱ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མང་དུ་ཐོས་པ་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང༌། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། ། ལུས་ངན་དང་ནི་ཡུལ་འཁོར་སྲུང༌། །མིག་མི་བཟང་དང་འཕགས་པ་སྐྱེས་པོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ཁོ་ར་ཁོར་ཡུག་གི །རྒྱལ་ཆེན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གནོད་སྦྱིན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དེད་དཔོན་མཆོག །ཉི་ཤུ་བརྒྱད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཕ་མ་མཁན་པོ་སློབ་དཔོན་དང༌། །ལྷ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེ་དག་ལ་ནི་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། །རིག་སྔགས་རྣམས་ནི་གྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གང་གི་དོན་དུ་བྱ་བ་ཡི། །དོན་དེ་བདག་ལ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྡང་བར་སེམས་ཤིང་གནོད་བྱེད་པའི། །མི་མ་ཡིན་རྣམས་གུང་དུ་དེངས། །བྱམས་པར་སེམས་ཤིང་ཕན་འདོད་པ། །དགའ་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་ཉོན། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་ནས། དེའི་རྗེས་སུ་གཟུངས་མདོ་རྣམས་འདོན་པར་བྱའོ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པར་འདོད་ན། པོ་ཊ་ལ་ཡི་གནས་མཆོག་ནས། །ཏཱཾཿཡིག་ལྗང་ཁུ་ལས་འཁྲུངས་ཤིང༌། །ཏཱཾཿཡིག་འོད་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་སྒྲོལ། །སྒྲོལ་མ་འཁོར་བཅས་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ས་གཞི་སྤོས་ཀྱིས་བྱུགས་ཤིང་སོགས་ཀྱིས་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མིན་ཅོད་པན་གྱིས། །ཞབས་ཀྱི་པདྨོ་ལ་བཏུད་དེ། །ཕོངས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་སྒྲོལ་མཛད་མ། །སྒྲོལ་མ་ཡུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གློག་དང་འདྲ་བའི་སྤྱན་མངའ་བ། །དཔའ་མོ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཞལ་གྱི་པདྨོ་ཡི། །གེ་སར་ལས་འཁྲུངས་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད། །སྟོན་ཀའི་ཟླ་བ་རྒྱས་པ་ཡི། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་མཚུངས་ ཞལ་མངའ་བ། །མཆོག་སྦྱིན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཨུཏྤ་ལ། །བསྣམས་པ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཁོར་བའི་འགྲོ་ལ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ། །སྭཱཧཱ་ཉོན་མོངས་ཞི་བར་མཛད། །ཨོཾ་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནི། །ཚངས་པའི་སྒོ་འབྱེད་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད། །འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ལས་ནི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྱོབ་པར་མཛད། །ཀུན་གྱི་མ་རུ་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །སྒྲོལ་མ་ཡུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་དང༌། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་གསུམ་བཞུགས་པ་ཡི། །རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཀུན་ནས་དང་བས་ཕྱག་བགྱིའོ། །མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་སྤོས་མར་མེ་དྲི། །ཞལ་ཟས་རོལ་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །དངོས་འབྱོར་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་སྤྲུལ་ནས་འབུལ། །འཕགས་མའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །མི་དགེ་

向具慧者顶礼！以佛法之语无所畏惧者，向迦旃延之子顶礼！于声闻学修中最为殊胜者，亦向大迦叶顶礼！救护者之自在者，向憍陈如顶礼！多闻持明咒者，向阿难陀顶礼！ 守护恶身与国土，不蔑眼与圣者，四方周围之大天王们，顶礼！夜叉众之导师胜，向二十八（星宿神）顶礼！父母、堪布、阿阇黎与诸神，亦顶礼！向彼等顶礼后，愿明咒皆成就！为成办何事而行，愿彼事于我成就！心怀嗔恨、作损害之非人等，令其僵立！心怀慈爱、欲饶益者，以欢喜心听我言！如是说后，其后应诵持陀罗尼经。欲祈请至尊圣救度母，从普陀洛伽之胜处，怛（藏文：ཏཱཾཿ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tām，汉语字面意思：怛）字绿色中化生，怛（藏文：ཏཱཾཿ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tām，汉语字面意思：怛）字之光度化有情，请救度母偕眷属降临！以香涂地等供养曼扎。天与非天之冠冕，于莲足前作礼敬，从一切贫乏中救度者，向度母圣母顶礼！具如闪电般之眼者，勇母达热德达热，从诸佛面之莲花蕊中生，我向您敬礼！如秋季圆满之月，具等同之容颜者，施予胜妙手印持乌巴拉花者，向您顶礼！度脱轮回之众生，德达热，梭哈，息灭诸烦恼，以嗡之自性，开启梵天之门，我向您敬礼！从八大怖畏中，救护一切世间，成为一切众生之母者，向度母圣母顶礼！至尊圣救度母与十方三世安住之诸佛菩萨众，以一切恭敬顶礼！花香、燃香、明灯、香水，食物、乐器等，以实物与意幻化供养，祈请圣母众享用！从无始以来直至如今，不善

I prostrate to the wise one! To the one who is fearless with the words of Dharma, I prostrate to the son of Katyayana! To the one who is the most excellent in the study of the Hearers, I also prostrate to Mahakashyapa! To the one who is the master of the protectors, I prostrate to Kaundinya! To the one who has heard much and holds the knowledge of mantras, I prostrate to Ananda! Protecting the evil body and the country, not despising the eye and the holy person, to the great kings of the four directions, I prostrate! To the supreme leader of the yakshas, I prostrate to the twenty-eight (constellation gods)! To the parents, Khenpo, Acharya, and the gods, I also prostrate! Having prostrated to them, may the mantras be accomplished! Whatever is done for the sake of, may that purpose be accomplished for me! May the non-humans who harbor hatred and cause harm be paralyzed! Those who have loving-kindness and desire to benefit, listen to me with joyful minds! Having said this, the Dharani Sutras should be recited thereafter. If you wish to supplicate the Noble Tara, from the supreme place of Potala, born from the green TAM (藏文：ཏཱཾཿ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tām，汉语字面意思：怛) syllable, the light of the TAM (藏文：ཏཱཾཿ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tām，汉语字面意思：怛) syllable liberates beings, please come, Tara, with your retinue! Offer the mandala by smearing the ground with incense, etc. The diadems of gods and non-gods bow to the lotus feet, the one who liberates from all poverty, I prostrate to the mother Tara! Having eyes like lightning, heroine Tare Tuttare, born from the lotus filaments of the faces of the Buddhas, I bow to you! Having a face like the full autumn moon, holding the supreme giving mudra and the utpala flower, I prostrate to you! Tuttare, who liberates beings from samsara, Svaha, pacifies the afflictions, with the essence of OM, opening the door of Brahma, I bow to you! From the eight great fears, protecting all the worlds, becoming the mother of all beings, I prostrate to the mother Tara! Noble Tara and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions and three times, I prostrate with all reverence! Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, musical instruments, etc., offering with real and imagined transformations, I request the assembly of noble ones to accept!
