以 ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）救度八怖畏，以 ཏུ་རེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）救度疾病者，向度母之母顶礼。念诵三遍。大乐您是我的导师，上师请您垂念，示现大菩提之理，我向大怙主祈求，请赐予我那誓言，也请赐予我菩提心，请赐予我佛法僧三宝，怙主请引领我进入大解脱之胜城。念诵三遍。如果想广说，可以进行收摄分别念，布施显现，持续忏悔，三处加持，受持律仪，内在生起菩提心，立誓等。我皈依三宝，所有罪业一一忏悔，我随喜众生的善根，以意受持佛菩提，于佛法及殊胜僧众，直至菩提我皈依，为利自他圆满故，我今发起菩提心，发起殊胜菩提心已，我视一切有情为上宾，我愿行持殊胜菩萨行，为利有情愿速成佛。如是念诵三遍。与前生本尊无别，自身清净后，观想生起为本尊，念诵：嗡 梭巴瓦 修达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 修多 杭（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。从空性中，于莲花和月亮座垫之上，自身观想为圣救度母白度母。从“自身观想为圣救度母白度母”至“第五处为红黑色光芒围绕”之间，如自生仪轨般圆满明观。于前生本尊前祈祷：三世诸佛之本体上师仁波切，祈请您遣除我等何时何地出现的死亡怖畏，祈请赐予圣救度母之身语意功德事业之加持与随许。如是念诵三遍。如此祈祷后，自身与前生本尊心间放光，催动十方诸佛菩萨之心续，迎请彼等无二智慧之轮连同字

Great joy, you are my teacher, Teacher, please consider me, Showing the way to great enlightenment, I seek refuge in the Great Protector. Grant me that very vow, Also grant me the mind of enlightenment, Grant me the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Also grant me the three refuges. In the supreme city of great liberation, May the Protector lead me to enter. Repeat three times. If you wish to elaborate, you can gather thoughts, give appearances, continuously confess, bless the three places, take vows, generate inner bodhicitta, make commitments, etc. I take refuge in the Three Jewels, I confess all sins individually, I rejoice in the merits of beings, I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind, In the Buddha, Dharma, and supreme Sangha, I take refuge until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of self and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Like a sudden rain, descend and dissolve into the wheel and letters of your own heart. From the heart of the visualized deity in front, countless wheels and letters also descend. As they dissolve into oneself, the blessings of all Buddhas, especially the noble Lady Tara, enter. The light of the wheel and letters in the heart fills the entire body. All sins and obscurations are purified. All obstacles, such as untimely death, are removed. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Just as the Bodhi Vajra Buddha bestowed the supreme great blessing, I also, for the sake of protection, request the Vajra of space to bestow it upon me today. Recite this three times. After making this request, the empowerment deities hold precious vases filled with nectar and bodhicitta, and at the crown of the head, recite: Just as at the time of your birth, the gods bathed you, with pure divine water, so too, I bestow empowerment upon you. The auspicious connection for accomplishing the Nirmanakaya is manifested.
