Although there is no fixed number, it is said that one can obtain the power of fire by rotating about twelve times to the right and twelve times to the left. In between sessions, practice the five branches first, and practice the fire-drilling tools as much as possible. This is the sixth target. Second, regarding the actual practice of Tummo, there are four types: eating Tummo as food, wearing it as clothing, spreading it as a mat, and riding it as a horse. The first is eating Tummo as food, which is the main part of the Tummo visualization in this Dharma. For this visualization, there are three types of visualization: extensive, medium, and concise, depending on the difference in wisdom and faith. First, the extensive visualization: As before, first perform refuge, generating Bodhicitta, and Guru Yoga. As before, visualize yourself as the deity and make the inside of the body empty. Then, the posture of the body is to relax the legs in the vajra posture and make it wide, cover the palms on the knees, and straighten the arms. The rest of the body posture is the same as usual. At the beginning of the session, perform nine purifications of breath: first, exhale slowly and long three times; in the middle, exhale quickly and shortly three times; finally, twist the upper body and exhale three times. The actual operation of these can be found in the manual. Then, clearly visualize the three channels, four wheels, and two syllables in your own body. That is, the left and right sides of the body should not be tilted, but kept upright. If viewed from the front and back, it is slightly closer to the back. Clearly visualize the central channel (Sanskrit Devanagari: अ वा धू धि, Sanskrit Romanization: a va dhū dhi, Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷུ་དྷི་) possessing four characteristics, being as straight as the trunk of an aquatic tree, without bending, shaking, tilting, or distortion. It is as bright as a sesame oil lamp, emitting its own light. It is as red as madder juice, like a color dyed with madder. It is as thin as a lotus stem, being extremely slender. The overall shape is about the thickness of a medium arrow shaft. It is said that the upper end of the central channel is inserted into the Brahma aperture. However, one does not actually visualize the bone's Brahma aperture itself, but rather the place two fingers' width down from the upper edge of the crown of the head at the location of the Brahma aperture. Visualize the lower end inserted four fingers' width below the navel. Visualize the central channel as hollow, with both the upper and lower ends cut off. To its right is the red Roma channel, and to its left is the

Or, is it enough to place the two (left and right channels) within a range of four fingers' width of the central channel? Or, it is also said that even if it is only the size of a grain of wheat, it is fine, and it is the same no matter how you practice. These two (left and right channels) exist together with the central channel, like three strands aligned, from the crown of the head to four fingers below the navel. The upper and lower ends are that the left and right channels are longer than the central channel. Below, the ends of the left and right channels, which are about four fingers longer than the central channel, are turned upwards and slightly inserted into the lower end of the central channel. The two upper ends go to the back of the upper end of the central channel, about a thumb's width away. From that point, the two are aligned and cover the upper end of the central channel, and then bend forward. The end of the left channel is inserted into the right nostril, and the end of the right channel is inserted into the left nostril. In this way, the three channels, left, right, and central, exist side by side. At the position of the navel, the position of the heart, the position of the thickest part of the throat, and the position two fingers' width down from the upper end of the central channel at the crown of the head, these four positions are the centers of the chakras, like round, hollow wheels. The three channels, left, right, and central, are like the central life tree, like it is wrapped around the waist. From such a center, the veins arise from the form of having vein tubes, like the ribs of an umbrella. Therefore, the navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four petals, like umbrella ribs placed face up. The heart is the dharma wheel, with eight petals, just like umbrella ribs. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals, like a raised umbrella. The crown of the head is the great bliss wheel, with thirty-two petals, like the ribs of an umbrella. All four wheels have no distinction between outer and inner layers. These numbers are the limit. All the colors are red, and visualize them as shining bright red light like red-hot iron. In the upper end direction within the central channel, there is a white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: హం), head facing down. Visualize it as the nature of a bindu, experiencing comfort and coolness, almost melting. At the lower end of the central channel, where the three channels converge, there is a red རཾ་ (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 让), head facing up, which is the nature of fire, extremely hot. Measuring four fingers' width from the lower end of the central channel, in the direction of the anus, there is a blue crescent-shaped wind wheel, with a swaying nature, existing as a cushion, with the cut surface facing forward.
