Sometimes the two veins at the back of my neck stiffen, my eyes blur, and I even faint. The medium one is just a slight bulge on the crown of the head, like the expansion of a vein on a small forehead. The lowest is that the crown of the head itches and there is wriggling and twitching. If that doesn't work, it must be one of the above two. It is said that if you only practice one of the clearest objects, you will faint for a long time. It is said that if you cover the crown of your head with a precious container, there will be no fault of ashes. However, for this kind of situation, it is best to knock on the joints or expel it with subjugation. After such signs appear, you must practice the object once a day. In general, if the channels are now cleared through transference of consciousness, then in the future, when you die, even without a clear reminder of transference of consciousness, you will mostly go from the place where the channel gate was opened and the channels were cleared before, but it cannot be completely certain. If there is a clear reminder, there will be no mistake. If you stop practicing for a long time, it may not be able to manifest clearly when needed, so in order to prevent what you have learned now from degenerating, you must practice once a day. It is more beneficial to practice the illusory body and so on. When applied to practice, it is the same as what was said before. If there is a definite sign of imminent death, do not be attached to possessions, and make offerings and generosity to what you like. To those who have hatred and grudges, confess and purify through direct and indirect means. Abandon attachment to relatives and friends, sever ties, and then practice. It would be better if the transference of material substances could be explained here, but it is not impossible without it. This is the thirty-third explanation of the object. Also, in the practice of Tummo, visualize the central channel as red. For other practices, although various different visualizations are described in the guiding texts, such as outer white and inner red, only white is used in actual practice. In the practice of Yeshe Starkhungma, it is necessary to visualize the shape of the Dharmadhatu (chos 'byung), with the central channel slightly thicker. The same is true for the key points of the four empowerments of Bindu. For Dharmadhatu, there are also various sayings such as outer white and inner red, but except for the Bardo stage, all Dharmadhatu in the objects of the Six Dharmas of Naropa are visualized as white, which is an oral tradition. In the practice of the Path of Means and Clear Light, visualize the entire body as being filled with the central channel. The visualization method for each body is described in ancient books, but it is said that this method is not very effective for beginners, so there is no need to guide in this way.

It should not be done in an ordinary way. Sixth, the Bardo Victorious Sambhogakaya has four aspects: the best is the self-arising of the Clear Light Dharmakaya of the first bardo; the intermediate is the self-arising of the Victorious Sambhogakaya; the lowest is the unobstructed self-arising of the Nirmanakaya. In general, this is an unerring pith instruction, with four sections. The first of these is: it is the same in meaning as being free from upper transference, the one who transfers, and what is transferred. The so-called first bardo refers to the wisdom of the union of clear light mother and child, where the dying mind is transformed into the bliss-emptiness clear light, because it occurs in the first stage of the bardo. This is called the death dharmakaya. After rising from that, for ordinary people, as a substitute for the bardo arising, a deity form like an illusion will self-arise, which is called the self-arising of clear light. This is the understanding of self-arising from clear light. That is, while awake, bliss-emptiness and the deity form are continuous. All deep sleep is transformed into clear light, and the practice of dream yoga is also inexhaustible. For those fortunate ones who have pure visions of self-arising deity forms, this first bardo clear light self-arising dharmakaya will arise. There is no separate object for this. If one wants to explain these categories in detail at this time, one can conduct one or two dharma sessions, etc., as appropriate. The second is the intermediate Victorious Sambhogakaya self-arising: from a basis similar to the preliminary stage of the illusory body, one transforms into praying to attain the bardo sambhogakaya, thus concluding. After the guru dissolves into oneself, one looks at oneself and all appearances, and strongly cultivates the aspiration that this is the actual existence of the bardo. One should also strongly generate renunciation, remembering the suffering of the six realms of samsara and the faults of attachment, aversion, and afflictions. In this bardo stage, if one is confused, the confusion will be very serious, because even a single thought of attachment or aversion can throw you into hell in an instant. If one practices the path, the liberation will also be great, because even practicing for years while awake is not as effective and decisive as practicing for a moment here. Now, one must not be controlled by afflictions, and one must avoid confusion. One should think of practicing the Victorious Sambhogakaya bestowed by the guru. From emptiness, visualize in front of oneself a blue dharma source, with a thin root and the opening facing upwards. For those who have not realized their own nature, this is staying in the mother's womb. For those who have realized it, one should think that this is the Akanishta Dharma Palace.
