And, illusory awareness is conventional truth, freedom from grasping at subject and object is ultimate truth. Transforming all waking states, etc., into the path is mixing wisdom and appearance. Deep sleep, unconscious and dull, is reversion. Upon that, the arising of mindfulness in the form of bliss and clarity is conventional truth. Its abiding in a natural, unfabricated way is ultimate truth. Through this, waking and dreams are expanded, which is the non-duality of wisdom and appearance. If done according to the four wisdoms, wisdom and appearance are non-dual, and it is named as the wisdom of union-awareness. The self-arisen deity during illusory body and dream states is said to have aspects of the three: conventional truth, ultimate truth, and union. Furthermore, it is said to mix the bliss of the means path with the illusory body, to mix the bliss-emptiness of clear light with dreams, and to mix the illusory body and dreams with each other. The meaning of mixing is to transform them undividedly into the path. Moreover, if explaining the basis and method of mixing, it is necessary to understand these at this time: If all the delusions of sentient beings are gathered together, there are four: the waking state, deep sleep, dreams, and the attachment-thoughts of union, all four are included in these. These four obscure the four great bliss of the body, speech, and mind of the ground dharmadhatu. Through the wisdom of the path, the four, appearance-emptiness, awareness-emptiness, clarity-emptiness, and bliss-emptiness, gradually eliminate those obscurations. In this context, awareness-emptiness refers to non-conceptualization. Among these, the most important are, in order, the illusory body, clear light, dreams, and tummo. The ultimate result of meditating on these is: the nirmanakaya, dharmakaya, sambhogakaya, and great bliss body, the four kayas will be manifested. Furthermore, if combined with the five wisdoms, the illusory body is like a mirror, clear light is equality, dreams are discriminating awareness, tummo is the path to attain the dharmadhatu wisdom, guarding everything is the same, while action accomplishment is said to combine all the results of the four dharmas universally, and it is also said that both discriminating awareness and action accomplishment are combined with dreams, this is the oral instruction lineage. Action mudra is explained in the path of action accomplishment, however, there is no contradiction to everything. Fifth, enlightenment without meditating on transference, there are two types: the transference of the scripture and the supplementary instructions. First, in the scripture, it says that the dharmakaya is suchness.

The transference of consciousness. The transference of the union deity. The transference of the blessing guru. The infallible transference of the dakini. First, if the mother and child clear light of death recognize each other, then others will experience death and bardo. Because the yogi's clear light of bliss and emptiness naturally arises, without relying on further instructions on the transference of consciousness, one is liberated at that very moment. Because there is no separate object of focus for this, it is not counted among the objects of focus. Second, the transference of the union deity is: the preliminaries are the same as in the previous illusory body stage, except for the slight difference in the prayer "May you become enlightened in the bardo, I pray!" Visualize yourself as the deity, and in the sky above your head, visualize the deity you prefer. Generally, it is like that, but if it is not determined in this way, the deity of a foolish person cannot be measured. Therefore, at this time, visualize either Chakrasamvara or Hevajra in the sky above your head, about an arrow's length away. In the center of your body, visualize the white central channel, the same as described before, with the lower end inserted into the secret place, closed, and the upper end touching the crown aperture at the top of the head. The crown aperture at the top of the head: The opening and width of the central channel are the same, visualize it as being grayish-white, like the vast sky opening up. Inside the central channel, visualize a white Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) at the navel, and at the lower end, visualize the seed syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the deity, blue, the nature of wind. Then hold your breath and inhale a gentle breath. Focus your mind intensely on the Ah at the navel and the Hum at the secret place. When exhaling again, if exhaling from the mouth, make a long "Hey" sound, if exhaling from the nostrils, make a long "Hum" sound, or exhale forcefully in silence. At this time, visualize the Hum syllable at the lower end with force, carrying the Ah syllable at the navel upwards. These two superimposed syllables pass through the central channel, shoot out from the crown aperture at the top of the head, and reach the heart of the deity. There, do not think of anything, and remain in a state of non-thought for a while. At this time, the breath also returns naturally. Repeat this visualization about seven times. Afterwards, visualize the superimposed syllables shooting downwards from the heart of the deity. Entering from the top of the head, passing through the central channel. The Ah syllable remains at the navel, and the Hum syllable enters the secret place, feeling heavy. This is a small session of focus. Like that
