I also meditate. At the end of a session, after the two syllables have not been lowered as before, the Yidam dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Visualize that the light emanating from the blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) blocks the crown aperture at the top of the head perfectly, like a band of light. Meditate on this until signs of transference occur. Then, meditate on this visualization once a day. This is the fifty-first visualization instruction. The third is the transference of the blessing of the Lama: The preliminary practice is the same as before. During the main practice, also meditate on the central channel as before. Within the central channel, sometimes visualize a white bindu at the navel, sometimes a yellow bindu, etc., depending on the situation. But in practice, visualize a white bindu with a yellowish hue, radiating light, like a Kekeru gem, round and rolling, about the size of a pea. The breath control is also the same as before. Visualize the white-yellow bindu shooting upwards from the crown of the head and dissolving into the heart of the Lama. Repeat this visualization seven times. Then, perform the downward descent visualization, visualizing a heavy and comfortable bindu in the navel. Do this as one short session, repeating the meditation. At the end of the session, after the wind and mind have descended to the navel, generate devotion and longing for the Lama, and the Lama dissolves into light, entering and dissolving through the crown aperture, filling the body and mind with bliss. Visualize that the crown aperture is also blocked by a single white bindu. Meditate in this way until signs occur. In applying these two transferences in practice, only meditate on the upward transference, without needing to descend downwards, and there is no need to close the doors between sessions. This is the fifty-second visualization instruction. The fourth is the infallible transference to the realm of the Dakinis: Generally, it is a combination of ordinary instructions, but it is said to be very important, so it is kept secret and not taught in public. Therefore, it should be learned separately. Although it is not covered by ordinary chapters, there are also about five other compilations of transference teachings personally taught by the Wisdom Dakini. The second is the supplementary instruction: In this case, although the text explains many transferences, it is said that the practice is for the Wisdom Star Window Ma. Although none of the transferences in the text are actually practiced, this is because the emphasis is on practicing this method extensively. For the study and

There are two practices. The first is to practice: The preliminaries are the same as before. After the guru dissolves into light and merges into oneself, contemplate one's own body as the empty deity form. Meditate on the central channel as described during the transference of consciousness of the yidam deity. Within the central channel, at the navel, visualize a triangular dharma origin (Tibetan: ཆོས་འབྱུང་), white. The root is thin and pointing downwards, the stem pointing upwards, one corner facing forward, and one side facing the back. In its center, visualize a white A-syllable (Tibetan: ཨ་ཡིག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A-syllable) that does not touch any support. Visualize it clearly, the size of a small bean or mustard seed. Except for the size, the way the dharma origin and the A-syllable reside is the same as during emptiness. After that, exhale stale air. Hold the vase breath with strong force for a short time. Focus the mind intensely on the A-syllable at the navel. While holding the breath, slightly tighten the abdomen, and the white A-syllable jumps a little and then returns to its original position. Tighten a little more forcefully, and it jumps a little higher than before, but still returns to its original position. Then immediately tighten vigorously in an instant, holding the breath as much as possible until the air is empty. The visualization is that the tip of the dharma origin strikes, as if blown by the wind, one's own mind, the white A-syllable, like an arrow shot, passes through the central channel and exits from the crown aperture. It goes into the sky, higher and higher, and disappears into the sky. Contemplate that space, sky, and awareness are inseparably mixed, and then rest in that state. Repeat this visualization about seven times. When descending again, in the center of the sky, a white A-syllable naturally forms. It descends, entering from the crown aperture. Within the central channel, it descends slowly, slowly. Visualize it residing firmly and majestically in the center of the dharma origin at the navel, this is one short session. Practice like this repeatedly. In each long session, do twenty-one, eleven, or seven such short sessions. If you do four or six such sessions, signs will appear quickly. Depending on the degree of effort, within seven days, half a month, or a month, one of the three signs, superior, intermediate, or inferior, will undoubtedly appear. Among them, the superior sign is that the crown swells and ruptures, and serum etc. appears. Focus
