It is necessary to mix (bliss) into emptiness, such as the bliss of wisdom in another's body, or the tummo with skillful means in one's own body, or like the last root of the illusory body, or the key points of the four joys, or meditating on the three objects of focusing on holding the clear light. It is necessary to mix it into the bliss and warmth that arises when the winds dissolve into the central channel. If one says to mix it as soon as a single experience of bliss arises, that experience will dissipate, so one should not do that. If that experience comes repeatedly and is stable, then it must be mixed. If there is no manifestation of pride and attachment, and only its own face slightly strengthens, while the appearance of bliss has not ceased, then without grasping, relax and let it go naturally, that is enough. If attachment and arrogance arise, then one should train to regard that bliss as an illusion, and finally rest in the great seal free from the clinging to illusion, then it can be transformed into indivisible bliss and emptiness. In all of these four states of mixing, whatever activity one does in the breaks between sessions, one should, like an elephant, be amazed and decisively rest in whatever arises again and again. During meditation, whether it is the experience of non-conceptual bliss and clarity that arises, or at all times when focusing on the object with concepts, it is crucial to rest in the same way. In general, during and between sessions, one should know that all suffering and happiness, high and low, and the eight worldly dharmas are like illusions. It is now very important to break the clinging to the distinctions of good and bad, high and low, near and far of worldly affairs. The fifty objects of focus. Fourth, the ultimate: First, in any clear light of day or night, at the beginning of the arising of the realization of clear light, the clear light of indivisible clarity and emptiness will arise, which is the stage of the path of accumulation. Then, the clear light of indivisible bliss and emptiness will arise, which is the stage of the path of joining. Then, the clear light of profound peace and freedom from elaboration will arise, reaching the stage of the seven impure grounds. Then, the clear light of ultimate indivisibility will arise, which is the time of the three pure grounds. After that is the clear light of pure duality, which is the state of the perfect Buddha, the wisdom dharmakaya. It would be extensive to explain these in detail, but I will not elaborate here. This is a general explanation of clear light, which divides the stages of how to realize the meaning of reality. The distinction of the clear light of sleep alone.

No. Since there is no separate object here, it is not counted as an object category. How should it be like a single Dharma session? Third, in the subsequent instructions, there are general and specific vows, dispelling obstacles, naturally purifying faults, benefits, cutting off doubts, recognizing the excellent arising stage, and the differences between experience, realization, day, and night. Among the five, the first is: In general, it is important that the precepts you have taken from the three vows are not broken. Those with faults and downfalls will not generate pure meditation, and those previously generated will also deteriorate if faults and downfalls occur. Among them, it is necessary that the secret mantra vows are not broken and are not contaminated by root and branch downfalls. If these vows are broken, let alone the hope of meditation, there will be no happiness of higher realms in this and future lives, because they will directly fall into the three lower realms. These are the general vows. If you can accomplish all other common and subsequent vows, they are also included here. However, do not disturb your mind with too many unwavering actions of vows, but from a state inseparable from practice, inseparable from devotion to the guru, all supports are Bodhicitta without deterioration, and all ordinary objects of attachment and aversion are visualized as illusory, and do not let attachment and aversion control you. These are the special vows of clear light. The clear light mentioned here is not only the clear light of night among the six dharmas, but all the clear light of day and night. Therefore, it should be understood as the general concept of blending and illusory body, and transference and bardo are also branches of blending. This vow is a common vow. The second is the natural purification of dispelling obstacles and faults: In general, various texts for dispelling obstacles related to the path of means are explained elsewhere. Here, clear emptiness without grasping, appearance emptiness self-arising, bliss emptiness without attachment are the wisdom of experience. The opposing demons of these are grasping and conceptual thoughts that have gone out of control. Therefore, look at the nature of conceptual thoughts and meditate on recognizing self-liberation, self-purification, and self-emptiness. That is, conceptual thought is mind. By the key point of the mind being unborn and free from extremes, look at whatever arises without modification, and the nature of the arising stage disappears. Abide in the nature where appearance and emptiness are inseparable. Sometimes, the appearance of various arising stages
