Then this is not true. Intensely practice the thought of the untruth of untruth. Also, these beings, clinging to the untruth as truth, wander in samsara, how pitiful, generate compassion, cultivate increasing love. Also, pray to the Guru to protect these beings from the suffering of samsara. Thinking in your heart, "Father Guru, you know," also make a prayer combined with the fervent feeling of devotion to the Guru. Then, pour a lot of heart into them, the six realms of sentient beings, one disappears, two disappear. One by one they gradually disappear, and finally, focus the mind on the empty state inside the Dharmadhatu arising place. After that, there is no need for the excitement of visualizing the body and the Dharmadhatu arising place disappearing, etc. Rest in non-grasping, free from all attachments. Also, if you do not abide in this, then contemplate yourself and others, the container world and the sentient world, everything is like an illusion. Appearing as if it does not exist. Knowing that it appears but is not established. This completes one visualization. Practice it repeatedly. There are eight key points of visualization and focus in this: visualizing the Dharmadhatu arising place, visualizing the six realms, practicing the six realms as untruth, generating compassion, Guru prayer, practicing the six realms as emptiness, guarding one's own nature, and the thought of appearances being like illusions. In general, it is said that there is no deeper visualization than this. The practice of meditation breaks is also only the three-in-one thought, that is, from the beginning, it is not right to think that you must generate any one of the three thoughts. First, strive to make any one thought arise in the meditation breaks. In this way, learn each of the three thoughts separately, and finally let go of the thought that you must not be separated from any one of the three thoughts, so that you can be inseparable from any one thought. For example, first put on the armor of "I must always make the thought of death and impermanence arise in the meditation breaks," and in the meditation breaks, remember impermanence as much as possible. In this way, if you guard with the sentinel of mindfulness in the meditation breaks, in about a month or two, the thought of impermanence will arise in most of the meditation breaks. If that happens, temporarily put it aside and learn the Guru's devotion in the same way. If that also arises, then temporarily put both of them aside and learn the thought of illusion in the same way. If that also arises in most of the meditation breaks, then after that, any one of the three and

Just by letting go of the wish not to be separated (from the guru), one will come to be inseparable from any of the three. This is the seventeenth contemplation. Secondly, regarding transforming illness and evil spirits into the path, in the three guiding texts and the old supplementary materials, the meaning is the same, but the categories are uncertain. Although the meanings are all complete, this one is the most certain. When transforming illness into the path, the feeling of being sick is also, purifying bad karma and obscurations, and is a spur to virtuous conduct, therefore it is the compassionate blessing of a qualified guru. Thinking how grateful one is, regard the illness as the nature of the guru. Pray intensely. Finally, the guru, the illness, and one's own mind are inseparable, and rest equally in the vastness. This is one method. Alternatively, this feeling of being sick is an illusion, the situation is bad, and there has never been a sick person. Although there is nothing, it feels like being sick, like being sick in a dream. On the basis of being sick, strongly remember the illusion and the dream. Finally, know that the feeling of being sick is one's own mind. Do not cling to it, and rest equally in the illusory state. This is the second method, even though the feeling of being sick is like an illusion, it appears even though it does not exist. Thinking that this appearance is created by the mind, strongly suppress the air above. From the Dharma source of the navel chakra, all diseases flow downwards. The bottom of the Dharma source becomes longer and longer, extending far underground, and the disease also flows down from there. Visualize both disappearing like a rainbow below. This is the third method, which was previously a verbal instruction. Thus, there are three methods of transforming illness into the path. Regarding transforming evil spirits into the path, there are also three methods. Knowing that the harm of evil spirits is a spur to virtuous conduct, knowing that it is the compassion of the guru, praying to the guru, and the guru, the harmer, and one's own mind are all practiced equally in the nature of clear emptiness. Or, the harming demon originally does not exist but appears, although it appears it is not established. Similarly, the act of harming, such as injury, pain, and suffering, and the object from which harm arises, such as sentient beings like oneself, also appear even though they do not exist, although they appear they are not established. It is like an illusion, like a dream. Strongly practice the thought that clinging to this is a mistake, and finally, look at the very essence of that eerie entity that appears as a harmer, and then rest widely. Alternatively, meditate on the Dharma source and the six realms as before, and then the harmer
