The lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Abide slightly in the inseparability of the lama and one's own mind. There, if a thought suddenly arises, look closely at your body and mind, and visualize yourself as a deity. Give it an analysis: What is this? The appearance as a deity is also just an appearance of one's own mind, and apart from that, there is not the slightest bit of real existence outside. This deity is mind, and mind is what appears as this deity, so practice intensely, this is one key point. Furthermore, the nature of the mind is also not truly established as real, it is just an appearance, and it does not exist anywhere in the outer, inner, or intermediate realms. There is no such thing as saying what kind of thing this is. Appearance is appearance, truth is not truth, it is like an illusion. This is the second key point to practice intensely. Then, by looking at the nature of the one who thinks "like an illusion", that thought also subsides on its own. Not grasping at whatever arises, this is the third key point. In this way, one must repeatedly meditate on that thought that possesses the three key points. This is the fifteenth practice. The second is to gradually transfer and apply these three key points to all other appearances. That is, first meditate on the visualization of one's own body as an empty form deity, and while it has not disappeared, first to one's own dwelling and all possessions and enjoyments, practice that they are not other than appearances of mind, and that mind is also like an illusion, and that grasping at illusion also disappears into the dharmadhatu, and learn to maintain the self-arising flow of awareness. After becoming accustomed to this, if one has independent food, wealth, retinue, land, etc., and enemies and friends who are the objects of attachment and aversion, one must definitely practice with these. After becoming accustomed to this, gradually apply these three key points to all appearances. In all session breaks, one should meditate on the thought of death and impermanence, as well as devotion to the guru, and visualize all appearances as unreal and like an illusion, and do not separate from any one of these three. This is called the combined practice of three thoughts. In this way, this is the sixteenth practice. The third is to generate samadhi on one cushion when finally lying down to sleep, and one must be free from the four kinds of waking. The four are: the waking of virtuous activity with too much going and coming, the waking of virtuous activity with too much moving and shifting, the waking of virtuous activity with too much mental wandering, and too much idle talk.

Or the cushion. Those must be abandoned and practiced. There are divisions there. The six realms appear as illusion. Disease and demonic illusion are transformed into the path. Manifesting qualities, the six aggregates. Non-attachment, illusion arises spontaneously. First, the six realms appear as illusion: From taking refuge to supplicating the lama, it is the same as before. It is said that about one-third of the session can be accomplished. That is also according to the explicit teaching of the Thim Yig: For the illusory body, the superior and intermediate faculties, supplicate five times. For the inferior faculty, supplicate four times. The meaning of that is: For the superior and intermediate, may the illusory body be accomplished. May the dream be accomplished. Thus, they are distinguished separately. In the case of the inferior, may the illusory body and dream be accomplished, and combined into one, it becomes the meaning of four supplications. Although in practice and oral tradition, such distinctions are not necessary for the three faculties, superior, intermediate, and inferior. It is said that there is no difference between supplicating five times and four times for all three. Then, after the lama dissolves into oneself, one's own body is in the form of a deity, empty and clear inside, focus on the lower part. There, a triangular Dharma source appears, white and clear in color. The root is thin and pointing downwards, inserted downwards from the position of the anus. The base is large and pointing upwards, the front corner facing the position of the navel. The other two corners facing the direction of the left and right kidneys. Visualize one that is clear and luminous in nature. By focusing on this, inside it, the various forms of sentient beings of the six realms, body and possessions. Color. Shape, clothing, and implements are generally different. The experiences of happiness and suffering of each are various, and visualize that these are all filled in the Dharma source. That is also in the superior tantra, for beings who take birth in different realms, the cause of arising is that all the imprints of karma and afflictions manifest as the respective forms of the six realms. Also, have a slight inclination that the root syllables that manifest the appearances of the six realms below the navel, those all manifest as that image. Afterwards, have the thought that those themselves are the reality of the six realms. Focus the mind on the six realms of the navel. In general, taking all sentient beings pervading space as the object, what are these appearances, what appears.
