Therefore, making offerings is the inner offering. Offering the consort who generates bliss is the secret offering. Knowing all of this to be like illusion and dreams is the offering of suchness. Having thus completely offered the four offerings, one says: To the precious Guru, the essence of the union of all Buddhas of the three times, I offer the outer flowers and incense, the inner five meats and five amritas, the secret wisdom of bliss and emptiness, and the most secret supreme offering of suchness. Please accept them and grant me the complete four empowerments. Having prayed intensely in this way, a stream of wisdom nectar, white and clear, possessing the experience of bliss, descends intensely from the Guru's body. It enters from the crown of the head and fills up to the eyebrows. One receives the vase empowerment and is granted the siddhi of body. Again, the stream of nectar fills up to the throat. One receives the secret empowerment and is granted the siddhi of speech. Again, it fills up to the heart. One receives the wisdom-awareness empowerment and is granted the siddhi of mind. Again, the stream of nectar flows from the navel and so on, and fills the entire inside of the body up to the soles of the feet. One receives the fourth empowerment and is granted all the siddhis of body, speech, and mind. The Guru himself also dissolves into light and merges into oneself. One rests in equanimity on the inseparability of the Guru's body, speech, and mind and one's own body, speech, and mind. After that, one dedicates the merit and enters the session break. This visualization is limited to this point before receiving it from the Guru. After receiving it, whenever one meditates on any kind of tummo visualization according to this instruction, it is necessary to meditate on this once at the end of the session. Therefore, in order to become like a concluding rite for tummo visualization, it is included in the subsequent instructions. In general, there is also a tradition of meditating on this separately without connecting it to other visualizations, and it is complete with all the essential points of receiving the four empowerments from the Guru's body, and without the adulteration of elaboration. Therefore, the force of blessing is extremely great. Sometimes, if one focuses on this alone for three days, or five days, or seven days, etc., then one will attain unsurpassed progress in whatever meditation one practices. The reason why it is necessary to meditate on it at the end of tummo is to stabilize the experience of bliss and warmth that arises from meditating on the actual practice of tummo, and to bring down the wind that has risen upwards.

Regarding situations where intense effort harms the body's nutrients, this nourishes the body's nutrients, transforming them into the essence of meditative absorption, protecting against interferences such as shadows during meditation breaks, and primarily generating wisdom through the stability of blessings. This is the eleventh point of focus. Second, the self-liberation of obstacles: Generally, the extensive methods for eliminating obstacles need to be learned elsewhere. However, in the course of the instruction, only this much occurs: When practicing tummo, mostly the wind rushes upwards, and below, obstacles of Kunda arise. Some may experience both. Mostly, one or the other occurs more frequently. Other forms of obstacles rarely occur, except for individual cases. To eliminate upper obstacles: When practicing tummo, if upper body pain, headaches, or mental instability occur, after completing the preliminary practices, visualize your body as empty and clear. Exhale one or two breaths. Visualize a round hole at the painful spot, like three clusters of jewels, like three eyes. Extend both hands forward in fists, then touch the backs of the fists to the upper chest, with the inner wrists touching the sides of the ribs, simultaneously exhaling a strong "Ha" sound. Visualize the illnesses rushing out of the hole in the form of smoke or whirlwinds, drifting far away, and the inside of the body becoming empty. It is especially important to visualize the entire body like a loose sieve. If a part of the body is painful, without a clear fixation, and mental instability occurs, it is the activity of heart wind, and it is said that visualizing a hole at the boundary between the black and white heart channels is better. This is the twelfth point of focus. To eliminate lower Kunda obstacles: The best method is to eliminate them with a mind free from affirmation and negation. The intermediate method is to eliminate them with empowerment and tsokhor. The lowest method is to eliminate them with visualization and trulkhor. Furthermore, if they arise from the causes of attachment and habitual tendencies, eliminate them with freedom from affirmation and negation. If they are shadows or broken vows, eliminate them with empowerment and tsokhor. If they are seminal leakage or illness, eliminate them with visualization and trulkhor. Here, the visualization of the Karmamudra to protect the semen should be added, but since it is not a Karmamudra practice, it will not be explained in a gathering of many people; just mentioning it briefly is sufficient.
