Upon the sixty-four petals of the yellow wheel of Lapa, is the palace manifesting the qualities of Hevajra, complete with all characteristics. Inside, the deity cloths are white in the east, green in the north, red in the west, yellow in the south, and blue in the center. Above them is the white body wheel with a continuous circle of wheels. At its center is the red speech wheel with a continuous circle of lotuses. At its center is the blue mind wheel with a continuous circle of vajras. All three have eight spokes.
