བས་དབང་དུ་བྱེད། །སརྦ་མོ་ཧཱ་ནི་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སརྦ་དུཥྟཾ་མོ་ཧཱ་ཡ་བྷ་ག་ཝཱ་དཱི་སརྦ་དུཥྟ་ནཾ་བནྡྷ་བནྡྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། གོས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་ནི་མདུད་བྱས་ན། །ཆོམ་རྐུན་འཆིང་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མཆོག །ཨུཏྤལ་ལ་མངོན་བསྔགས་པས། ། གང་ལ་བྱིན་པ་དེ་དབང་འགྱུར། །ཨུཏྤ་ལས་མཚན་འཁོར་ལོའོ། །ཆུ་དབུས་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟེར། །ཐོད་ལེས་མིང་མཐར་ཧྲཱིའི་བྲིས་ལ། ཁམ་པོར་དབུས་སུ་བཞག་ན་རེངས། །འདབ་བརྒྱད་པདྨར་ག་ཡིག་ནང༌། །ཆུད་ཅིག་ལྟེ་བར་ག་བརྒྱད་བྲིས། །ཡུང་བས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དག་ལ་སྟེ། ཁ་ཕུབ་བཞག་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་རེངས། །འཁོར་ལོ་དེ་ནི་དུག་དང་ཁྲག །སྐེ་ཚེ་མི་རུས་བཏགས་པའི་ཆུས། །ཐོད་པར་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་མཚན་པར་བྲི། །འདི་ཡིས་ངེས་པར་གསོད་པར་བྱེད། །གྲོ་གར་གུར་གུམ་གྱིས་བྲིས་ལ། །ཨོཾ་བཅས་མེ་ཏོག་སེར་པོས་མཆོད། །ཡང་ན་སྭཱཧཱར་ཆུད་པར་བྲི། །རྒྱས་དང་བསྲུང་བ་བྱེད་པའི་མཆོག །རྩིབས་བཅུ་ཨ་ཡིག་ནང་ཆུད་པ། །ཙནྡན་ཆུས་བྲི་ཁམ་ཕོར་བཅས། །མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་བཟང་གིས་མཆོད་ན། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ཞི་བའི་ལས་ལ་མཆོག །བྷ་ག་ལིངྒ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་གིས། །བསྐོར་བ་མིང་དང་བསྐུལ་སྔགས་བཅས། །འདི་ཡིས་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་འགུགས་པར་འགྱུར། །པདྨ་འདབ་མ་ཉི་ཤུ་བཞིར། །རེ་ཁ་གསུམ་བསྐོར་ཨོཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ཀླིཾ། །རྒྱལ་ལ་བྲིས་ནས་རེག་བྱས་ན། །བྲན་ཕོ་བྲན་མོ་ལྟར་ལས་བྱེད། །འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་སྒོ་བཞི་པ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྟེགས་བུས་བརྒྱན། །ཐོ་བ་དབྱིག་ཐོ་པདྨ་དང༌། །རལ་གྲི་སྒོ་དང་ཨུཏྤ་ལ། །ཐོད་བཅས་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་མཚམས་སུའོ། །དེ་དབུས་འདབ་མ་བཅུ་པ་བྲི། །ཨོཾ་པྲ་སན་ཏཱ་རེ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་མུ་ཁི་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ལོ་ཙ་ནེ་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནི་སྭཱཧཱ། དབང་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་སྔགས་ སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་མོ་ཧ་ནི་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སརྦ་དུཥྟན་མོ་ཧ་ཡ་བྷ་ག་བ་ཏཱི་སརྦ་དུཥྟཱ་ནཾ་བནྡྷ་བནྡྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ། དེ་དབུས་ཟླ་བ་ཏཱཾ་ཡིག་བཅས། །དབུས་རྩིབས་དྲུག་ལ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ། །སྔགས་ནི་ཧྲཱིཿགཉིས་དབུས་ཆུད་པའི། །མིང་དང་བསྐུལ་བས་ལས་ཀུན་བྱེད། །འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཟླས་པས་ས་གཡོ་ཞིང༌། །རྒྱ་མཚོ་བདུན་བསྐམས་དུག་ཞིར་བྱེད། །གྱོ་མོའི་སྦྱོར་བས་འབྱུང་བོ་ཀུན། །བཅིངས་ནས་ཀླུ་དང་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི། །སྦྱོར་བ་འཕྲོག་ཅིང་ཆར་འབེབས་དང༌། །མཚོན་ཆས་མི་གནོད་ལུས་སུ་འགྱུར། །དཔྱིད་ཟླ་ར་བར་བུ་མོ་མཛེས། །རྡུལ་ལྡན་གྱི་ནི་རས་བཏགས་ལ། །ཟླ་མཚན་གྱིས་བསྒོས་དེ་ལ་ནི། །རི་མོར་དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་པ

以其力而使之臣服。萨尔瓦 摩诃尼 达热 德达热 萨尔瓦 杜斯当 摩诃亚 巴嘎瓦帝 萨尔瓦 杜斯达囊 班达 班达 吽 吽 吽 啪 啪 啪 梭哈。 若以衣边作结，乃是束缚盗贼之殊胜法。若以莲花而赞叹， 则无论施予何人，彼人皆受支配。莲花之中，乃是名轮。于水中央，置放各种金刚杵， 以颅碗书写“舍”字于名后，置于卡波中央则坚固。于八瓣莲花中，置入“嘎”字， 于其中心，书写八个“嘎”字。以芥子置于石板上，面朝下放置则极其坚固。此轮以毒与血， 系以颈绳、人骨之水，于颅碗上书写“吽 啪”之名。以此必定能杀戮。 以藏红花书写于草上，伴随“嗡”字，以黄色花朵供养。或者书写于“梭哈”之中，乃是增益与守护之殊胜法。十辐条中置入“阿”字， 以檀香水书写，伴随卡波碗。若以花朵与香气供养，则是极其寂静之事业的殊胜法。以巴嘎林嘎 舍字， 环绕名讳与祈请咒语。以此能勾召所欲成就之事。于二十四瓣莲花上， 环绕三道线，书写“嗡 舍 吭”。书写于旗帜上并触碰，则如男仆女仆般行事。 四方形之坛城，具四门，以各种金刚杵之台阶装饰。锤、橛、莲花， 剑、门与莲花，颅碗与铁钩位于边角。其中心书写十瓣莲花。 嗡 扎桑达热 阿弥利达 穆克 阿弥利达 罗匝内 萨尔瓦 阿塔 萨达尼 梭哈。 此乃使之臣服之咒语。 此后，如是开示：嗡 萨尔瓦 摩诃尼 达热 德达热 萨尔瓦 杜斯当 摩诃亚 巴嘎瓦帝 萨尔瓦 杜斯达囊 班达 班达 吽 吽 啪 梭哈。 其中心伴随月亮与“当”字。 中心六辐条上书写咕噜咕咧。咒语为两个“舍”字置于中心， 以名讳与祈请语，能成办一切事业。念诵百万遍，则大地摇动， 七海干涸，毒亦平息。以石女之行，一切有情， 皆被束缚，夺取龙与空行母之，交合，降下雨水， 兵器无法加害，身亦转变。春季首月，于美丽少女， 所穿之染尘之布上，以月经涂染，于其上， 绘制具誓之图

By its power, it makes them submissive. Sarva Mohani Tare Tuttare Sarva Dushtam Mohaya Bhagavati Sarva Dushtanam Bandha Bandha Hum Hum Hum Phat Phat Phat Svaha. If the edge of the cloth is knotted, it is the supreme method for binding thieves. If praised with a lotus, whoever it is given to, that person will be dominated. In the lotus, there is the name wheel. In the middle of the water, place various vajras, write the syllable "Hrih" after the name on a skull cup, and place it in the center of Khampo, it will be firm. In the eight-petaled lotus, place the syllable "Ga," in its center, write eight "Ga" syllables. Place mustard seeds on a stone slab, placing it face down will be extremely firm. This wheel is made with poison and blood, water tied with a neck rope and human bones, write the name "Hum Phat" on the skull. With this, one will surely kill. Write with saffron on grass, accompanied by the syllable "Om," and offer with yellow flowers. Or write it within "Svaha," it is the supreme method for increasing and protecting. Place the syllable "A" within the ten spokes, write with sandalwood water, accompanied by a Khampo bowl. If offered with flowers and fragrance, it is the supreme method for extremely peaceful activities. With Bhagalinga Hrih, encircle the name and invocation mantra. With this, one can summon what one wishes to accomplish. On the twenty-four petals of the lotus, encircle three lines, write "Om Hrim Klim." Write it on a banner and touch it, and they will act like male and female servants. A square mandala with four doors, decorated with steps of various vajras. Hammer, peg, lotus, sword, door, and lotus, skull cup and iron hook are located at the corners. In its center, write a ten-petaled lotus. Om Prasanta Tare Amrita Mukhi Amrita Lochane Sarva Artha Sadhani Svaha. This is the mantra for subjugating. Then, it was taught: Om Sarva Mohani Tare Tuttare Sarva Dushtam Mohaya Bhagavati Sarva Dushtanam Bandha Bandha Hum Hum Phat Svaha. Its center is accompanied by the moon and the syllable "Tam." On the six spokes in the center, write Kurukulle. The mantra is two "Hrih" syllables placed in the center, with the name and invocation, one can accomplish all activities. Reciting it a million times, the earth will shake, the seven seas will dry up, and poison will be pacified. By the act of a barren woman, all sentient beings, will be bound, seizing the union of nagas and dakinis, causing rain to fall, weapons cannot harm, and the body will transform. In the first month of spring, on a beautiful girl, on the dust-stained cloth she wears, smear it with menstrual blood, and on it, draw a vowed image.
