摧毁敌人的，手持三叉戟者，喜悦于秃鹫、豺狼和尸陀林，拥有以肠子和人头为花朵的，被八位母神完全围绕的，观想骑在尸体上，或者安住在母老虎上，以猛烈行为来观想。将精液转化为金刚杵，自己的心也变成金刚杵，没有分别念且远离戏论，像虚空一样自性无染，自证大乐，这些就是殊胜的灌顶。如同镜中影像一般的心，将明点转化为金刚杵，通过排除生命和下泄之门开启，以强力结合来闭气，就能获得不变化的精液，将明点禁锢为珍宝而观想，将女神的形象转变，度母，拥有度母者将会成就，或者以无碍之身，男人和女人必定会成就。这是事业品类的第三品。然后，所有如来，以誓言供养的无量云聚，以及赞颂的歌声之海来赞颂之后，将此续部交付于金刚手，名为“所有事业生起的度母总集真实义”的瑜伽母续之王，如是所有根本分别念圆满。从出生在印度南方的大成就者布达纳塔处获得，之后又从印度堪布涅瓦纳西里的面前，以及嘉绒巴达拉纳塔处，参照后来的班智达弥尼玛的难解注释而翻译成借译。之后又在出生于孟加拉的班智达普尔纳瓦吉拉处，参照大学者玛尔梅泽巴耶西所著的广大注释而稍作修改，并且全部参照大成就者寂静的足的口诀的各个要点，特别是参照古汝南方大士的口诀而完善修改并使其清净。校勘完毕。吉祥！空页。名为“所有事业生起的度母总集真实义”的瑜伽母续之王。

The one who destroys enemies, holding the trident, delighting in vultures, jackals, and charnel grounds, possessing intestines and human heads as flowers, completely surrounded by eight mother goddesses, contemplate riding on a corpse, or dwelling on a tigress, contemplate with fierce actions. From transforming semen into a vajra, one's own mind becomes a vajra. Without discrimination and free from elaboration, like the sky, its nature is unsoiled. Self-awareness is great bliss, these are the supreme empowerments. Like a mirror image, the mind transforms the bindu into a vajra. By opening the gate of eliminating life and downward flow, by forcibly combining and blocking the breath, one obtains unchanging semen. Contemplate by restraining the bindu as a jewel. Transform the image of the goddess. Tara, the one with Tara, will attain accomplishment. Or with an unobstructed body, men and women will definitely achieve accomplishment. This is the third chapter of the Karma category. Then, all the Tathagatas, with the immeasurable clouds of samaya offerings, and the ocean of hymns of praise, having praised manifestly, entrusted this tantra to Vajrapani. Again, later at the feet of Pandit Purna Vajra, who was born in Bengal, having slightly revised it in accordance with the great commentary written by the great teacher Marmemdzepa Yeshe, and in all respects, in accordance with the individual points of the oral instructions of the great accomplished Shyiwa's feet, and especially in accordance with the instructions of the great Guru of the South, it was well revised and purified.
