The semen should also be promised with the vajra vow. The union of circumambulation, etc., should be equalized by the union of the winds. Having purified this with filling, pressing, stiffening, and vase-like union, entering into the union of women, it is called attaining accomplishment with this very body. From there, with the distinction of the four joys, the practitioner will experience stiffness, sweat, goosebumps, change of breath, trembling, change of color, tears, and absorption, which are called the eight kinds of bravery. The attainment of wisdom by a woman is: the heart trembles and moves, trembling and loss of memory, hair disheveled, naked and covered with moisture, eyes of extremely subtle red color, are the manifestation of the five wisdoms. Woman is wisdom and prajna, from there the five wisdoms will be attained. The one who possesses the union of vajra and lotus, is said to be the practice of body vajra. When the wind becomes equal, and the sound of sīta and the change of voice, speech is the near accomplishment. From movement, complete melting occurs, sixteen jewels are distributed, the bliss of mind causes the two to cease, it is said to be the practice of the truth of mind. By completely uniting with the shape of a bow, the bindu like a conch and a white lotus, should be grasped with vow-exertion and joy. The supreme wisdom of self-awareness, is the truth of great accomplishment, which purifies consciousness into wisdom. By this, one becomes the great vajra nature, arising from the indivisibility of the three bodies, the ocean of wisdom will be accomplished. By completely uniting with great wisdom, it is praised by the wise who are extremely yogic. This consort of the illusory woman, is the supreme of vows. By all evil food or evil deeds, the obscurations will not be completely defiled. Thus it was said. Therefore, this is the vow of the first yoga. The one with the blue lotus and fearless mudra, with both hands in yoga meditation, residing in the center of the sphere of space. The mandala with four squares and four doors, the center is completely round, possessing the five robes of action, scattered with red blue lotus flowers, from the union of the moon and sun, one should contemplate the vow Tārā. Green-blue light swirling red, gnashing teeth sparks burning, bestowing, curved knife, ḍāmaru, arrow and
