This secret and sacred object, the most supreme of all, should not be spoken of to those who have not entered the mandala of all the Tathagatas, nor to those who are without faith. Thus, it is taught to be kept secret. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ. With this, place it inside the curtain. Offer a mandala as the price for requesting the descent of wisdom. For the sake of descending wisdom, make this aspiration. From the Vaṃ (seed syllable) in the heart of the Bhagavati generated in front, light arises. It dissolves into your navel. From the light that gathers, light radiates from the double-layered Dharma-source Vaṃ (seed syllable) moon mantra garland. It fills your entire body. It burns and purifies all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless samsara. In the instant that the body becomes a mass of light, you yourself become Vajrayogini, seated with your right leg extended on a seat of multi-colored lotus, sun, terrifying one, and time-night. Her body is red, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. She holds a curved knife, a skull cup, and a khatvanga. She is adorned with bones and a garland of human heads. In the midst of the blazing fire of wisdom, in all places. On top of the circle of the moon, Oṃ Vaṃ Haṃ Yoṃ Hrīṃ Moṃ Hreṃ Hrīṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ. Clearly visualize these and then recite them. Since the Lama and Vajrayogini are inseparable, I pray that you grant and stabilize all the accomplishments of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times, as well as all the mundane and supramundane accomplishments. Three times. Then, give the tilo to the student's mouth. From the Vaṃ (seed syllable) in the heart of the Bhagavati generated in front, the essence of Vajrayogini, the form of a tilo that dispels darkness, appears as clear light. It enters through the door of your mouth. It passes through the central channel. From mixing as one taste with the Vaṃ (seed syllable) at the navel, the inner yogini becomes fully satisfied. With that, she performs the dance of great bliss. At the four corners of the Dharma-source, the four joys swirl to the left. At the brow and the secret place, joys also swirl to the left. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions come in the form of Vajrayogini. By dissolving into you, your body, speech, and mind are blessed as the sacred essence of the body, speech, and mind of Vajrayogini. Enjoy.
